invited by……………………to attend the General Assembly in Johannesburg, South Africa
from 11th to 14th November, 2018.

I am an official participant in the meeting and that all costs associated with my attendance at
this meeting, including airfare, accommodation, meal and other incidentals will be covered
by WIEGO. I have been working as a General Secretary of at Labor at Informal Economy
(LIE) which is affiliated with STREET Net International South Africa.

Therefore, I would be grateful if you accept my application and issue a short term single
entry visa from the above-mentioned date to make my travel purpose successful. For any
query, please contact my Inviter(s), whose contact details I have mentioned in my application
form.
