receptors, such as mechanoreceptors and

nociceptors, which play a role in detecting
mechanical stimuli and transmitting pain
signals to the brain. In the case of chronic
pain, these sensory receptors within the
fascia can become sensitized, amplifying
pain signals and contributing to persistent
pain.

Fascial restrictions cause tension,

compression, and adhesions that impact
nearby structures. This leads to pain,
stiffness, and limited range of motion. The
fascial system consists of 12 meridians,
aligning with TCM meridians, connecting
various body aspects like immunity, stress
response, and emotional regulation.

HYDRATION
The fibers that form our fascia provide the
structure for the extracellular matrix (ECM.) Our
ECM acts like our inner "terrain," of which
influences our cellular communications, and
supports the exchange of nutrients, waste
removal, and overall bodily balance. The ECM is
bathed in a special form of crystalline gel-like
water called "exclusion zone" water, or "structured
water." I believe that Terrain Medicine must start

water, proper hydration is essential for allowing
instantaneous communication signals in response
to environmental cues through the EZ water
matrix. This matrix allows for proper regulation:
assessment, adjustment, and adaptation- all vital
for overall well-being. Keeping water-based
conductivity optimal directly influences cellular
communication both within tissues and globally.

Top Tips for Hydrating Your Fascia

Hydrate, Don't Irrigate: Adding minerals to your water or even
a sprinkle of sea salt will help increase your cells' abilities to
absorb water, making it bio-available.
Structure It: Structuring your water with the help of crystals,
sunlight, or our favorite tool the Analemma Wand are all great
ways to boost access to EZ water.
Focus on Quality and Purity: The quality of your water is just
as important as the quantity so be sure to use a quality water
filter like Spring Aqua or drink from a trustworthy spring.
Become a Water Expert: Master the art of healing with water
with the "Water Whisperer" Rasmus Gaupp-Berghausen, who
has been studying water crystals under microscopes for over
23 years, plus his "hard science: degrees in water as well.

FASCIA FLOWE 6
MOVEMENT
Stuck energy and emotions only move when we move.
The Fascia is the shock absorber of all of life, physical
and emotional. If something is "stuck" then let's MOVE
it out!

Movement and motion play a vital role in supporting our

fascia by facilitating the flow of energy and
communication. When we engage in motion, whether
through exercise, stretching, or simply staying active
throughout the day, we promote the circulation of
blood, lymph, and other vital fluids. This increased fluid
flow helps to nourish the fascia whilst maintaining its
function.

Movement also stimulates both the proprioceptive and

lymphatic systems. The first of which is responsible for
our body's awareness of its position in space, refining
coordination and balance. As for our lymph, fascia
provides a supportive network for the lymphatic vessels
and nodes, while the lymphatic system helps to remove
waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the fascial tissues,
promoting their hydration, flexibility, and overall well-
being.

Fun Ways to Move Your Body Everyday:

Just Dance! In addition to moving your fascia, dancing to a
favorite tune increases feel good neurotransmitters! 5 min like

Go Outside: A simple walk in the woods or time spent in your
garden also gives you a dose of "Vitamin Nature" NO cell

Get Vibing: Use a tool such as the FLOWVibrate to work your
fascia and lymph, or use a vibration platform, rebounder of just
bounce on your exercise ball and increase the physcial
vibrations of exposure to the body, to MOVE things out.

FASCIA FLOWE 7
ENERGY
Proper mineralization is vital for fascia function.
Minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and
potassium support cellular energy production
and muscle contraction, in addition to acting as
co-factors in the metabolic processes needed for
the production of energy. Electrolytes, which are
specific types of minerals that carry electrical
charges, facilitate cellular communication within
the fascia.

The balance of minerals and electrolytes is closely tied to the quality

of energy and communication signals sent within our fascia.

FASCIA FLOWE 9
RECHARGE
The fascial network serves as the crucial
"frequency fabric" within our body,
facilitating the flow of energetic
communication between different
tissues and organs. Disruptions can be
caused by both emotional and physical
factors, so when you feel your own
innate power is suffering, utilize the
power of the Earth's own frequencies to
restore, repower, and revitalize yourself!

Grounding your bare feet in the soil,

sand, or grass and spending time in
nature allows us to connect with the
Earth's natural electromagnetic field.
Connecting with the Earth floods our
body with negative ions, offsetting the -

By aligning with the Earth's natural

rhythms, we enhance cellular
communication, optimize tissue repair,
and encourage a state of coherence and
balance within the body, ultimately "In every walk with nature one

state of health.

FASCIA FLOWE 10
FASCIA FOODS
In addition to working on the physical and energetic aspects of fascial health,
focusing on one's diet and nutrition to support our fascia's structure and
strength is also important, since things like overuse, sports injuries, or excess
inflammation can all contribute to its degeneration which therefore disrupts
flow!

"Fascia Foods" play a crucial role in collagen production as they provide

essential nutrients such as vitamin C, amino acids, and minerals needed for the
synthesis of collagen. They are also naturally rich in structured water, of which
helps to hydrate our fascia. Last but not least, fascia foods help tamper
inflammation whilst also aiding gut health by being rich in both antioxidants
and fiber, the latter of which also helping to aid drainage and detoxification!

COLLAGEN NATURAL ANTIOXIDANTS

FASCIA FLOWE 11
ENERGY drainers
As much as it is important to restore and maintain the flow of energy through
your fascia, it is also important to avoid energy "vampires" that drain you.

JUNK LIGHT
Most of us spend ~90% of our time indoors, constantly being
exposed to artificial and blue lights that disrupt our natural
circadian rhythm. Make it a point to avoid technology at least 1-2
hours before bed, switch to incandescent light bulbs, and wear
blue light-blocking glasses or download blue light-blocking
technology like F.LUX.

EMF'S
Electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs) interfere with energy
production and damage our mitochondria. They also impair sleep
and contribute to nervous system dysregulation! To reduce
exposure, avoid microwaves, unplug electronics and WIFI when
not in use, and use airplane mode on your phone. My favorite
way to shield myself from EMF's in my home and office is by
using EMF Rocks (learn more about them HERE).

TOXIC PEOPLE

Living beings emit vibrational frequencies that form energetic

fields. When interacting with someone who carries negative
emotions, unprocessed trauma, and low vibrations, their energy
can disrupt your own biofield, leading to energy drain, fatigue,
emotional distress, and reduced vitality. Establishing boundaries,
avoiding engagement, or cutting ties can be effective strategies
for dealing with such people in your life.

CHRONIC INFLAMMATION

Chronic inflammation keeps your nervous and immune systems

in a perpetual "fight or flight" mode, draining energy & nutrients.
This leads to ongoing fatigue, exhaustion, & tissue degeneration.
To reduce this, focus one at a time on cleaning up diet, working
on oral health with a biological dentist, minimizing toxin
exposure, supporting your gut, & addressing chronic infections
that cause inflammation, one at a time to not get overwhelmed.

FASCIA FLOWE 12
EMOTIONAL connection
In addition to acting as an energetic "highway" and bucket for toxin storage,
our fascia also helps protect us from traumas and emotions our nervous
system cannot fully process/understand. This innate survival mechanism helps
us get through the trauma or event, but if left unprocessed, they remained
stored away, furthering fascia dysfunction and overall dissonance in the body.

Iss u e s in y o u r t is s u e s
This silent source of repressed trauma can cause
our fascia to become restricted and crystallized.
This impairs energy and communication signals
from being sent, leading to various health issues,
such as pain, fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic
inflammation, and depression.

Releasing traumas and emotions through various techniques can help free you
from the cages previously built that are impeding your current and future
growth, development, and true wellness. A few of our favorite tools &
techniques include:

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE: Working with a trained MFR bodyworker who will physically &
emotionally support you, helping you overcome any healing crisis that may come about.
*Find a therapist nearby using THIS link.

TRAUMA ABSORBERS: Relieve body pain and its damaging emotional effects with
essential oils, botanical extracts, and the benefits of Red Light Technology in a favorite
topical product of mine, MindBody Matrix Cream.

TENNIS BALLS: Using tennis balls and/or fascia tools (can be purchased online) to help
(gently) massage the Fascia Meridians (there are 12 total).

RAPID RELEASE THERAPY (RRT): Our absolute favorite approach to breaking up

crystallized fascia, this is great for practitioners as well!
