Elden Ring Side-Quest Guide

Disclaimer: I am just a guy who hasn’t even set foot in Leyndell yet in my playthrough. I
put this together by hand. It took like 7 hours to gather and verify and order everything
by location of progress. I do not know all of the variations for every questline, and I
haven't even met multiple NPCs who have questlines. I am just doing my best to make a
guide to help myself (and anyone else who wants to use it) to ensure I don’t mistakenly
mess up a questline or miss a step and get an NPC killed. I do not know the ins and outs
of every variation of these quests, and I don’t think all of the information is available
online concerning this. I am using Fextralife as the skeleton for this guide, and various
articles of quest guides to gather and verify most of this information, but Fextralife is
notorious for having misinformation. I will do my best to mark anything that could be
inconsistent in italics, as the order you complete these quests in can have an impact on
other quests (i.e. defeating Radahn before starting Ranni’s questline). If you see anything
in here that is incorrect, PLEASE let me know so I can correct it. I want this to be a useful
guide for everyone, and that means it needs to be accurate!

Limgrave:

Exhaust Varre’s dialogue at the First Step.

After receiving Torrent from Melina, warp to Church of Elleh Grace and speak to Renna
to receive Spirit Calling Bell and Lone Wolf Ashes.
Deforest Boc near Agheel Lake North. Exhaust dialogue. (Hit/roll into the talking tree.)
Speak to Boc at Coastal Cave.
Retrieve sewing tools from Coastal Cave boss and give to Boc.
Exhaust Roderika’s dialogue at Stormhill Shack.
Talk to D outside of Summonwater Village.
Defeat Tibia Mariner in Summonwater Village and speak to D again (either in the Village
or now at Roundtable Hold).
Go to location D marked on your map to warp to the Bestial Sanctum. Give Gurranq
deathroot in exchange for items/spells. Gurranq can be fed up to 9 Deathroot. After 4th
Deathroot, Gurranq will turn hostile, but dealing enough damage will make him friendly
again.
Exhaust everyone’s dialogue at Roundtable Hold.
Exhaust Varre’s dialogue at the First Step again.
Speak to Kenneth Haight on ruins North of Mistwood.
Kill the commander of Fort Haight. (While you’re here, grab half of the Dectus Medallion
from the chest on the Fort’s tower.)
Speak to Kenneth again to receive Erdsteel Dagger. Accept his Accord.
Return to Fort Haight and exhaust Kenneth’s dialogue.
Visit the Mistwood Ruins and hear a wolf howling.
Speak to Kale at Church of Elleh and receive Finger Snap gesture.
 Return to Mistwood Ruins and perform Finger Snap.
Exhaust Blaidd’s dialogue.
Enter Forlorn Hound Evergaol and summon Blaidd for help with boss.
Defeat boss and speak to Blaidd outside the Evergaol to receive Somber Smithing Stone
[2].
Exhaust Blaidd’s dialogue for a tip about a large blacksmith.
Speak to Alexander on the cliffs above Saintsbridge and free him from his hole. Exhaust
dialogue once freed.
Defeat the Mad Pumpkin Head boss at Waypoint Ruins and speak to Sellen. Ask to
learn from her.
Warp out of location and return to Sellen to be tasked with finding another Sorcerer.
Speak to Bloody Finger Hunter Yura under a ruin SW of Agheel Lake.
Kill Flying Dragon Agheel in Agheel Lake.
Return to Yura and exhaust his dialogue.
Approach Murkwater Cave and get invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus. Yura will
automatically offer assistance. Defeat Nerijus with the power of friendship.
Proceed North of the invasion site and speak to Yura under another ruin that spans the
river.
Enter Murkwater Cave and defeat Patches. Forgive him for the fight and he will open a
shop next time you enter the area after a reload.
Visit Patches’ Emporium (located where you fought Patches in Murkwater Cave) and
open the chest at the back of the room. This trap chest will take you to Mistwood.
Return to Patches and listen to his Oscar-Worthy performance.
Speak to Knight Bernahl at the Warmaster’s Shack.
Obtain Chrysalid’s Memento from Stormveil Castle and give it to Roderika.
Speak to Rogier in Stormveil Castle by the altar.
Speak to Nepheli Loux in Stormveil Castle and exhaust her dialogue.
Defeat Godrick the Grafted.
Exhaust Enia’s dialogue in Roundtable Hold.
Exhaust Nepheli Loux’s dialogue in Roundtable Hold and receive Arsenal Charm.
Speak to Roderika and Hewg multiple times in the Roundtable Hold until you stop
getting new dialogue from either one. After reloading the Roundtable Hold, Roderika will
now be a spirit tuner. (Return to where you found the Chrysalid’s Memento to receive
Roderika’s hood.) [RODERIKA QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Exhaust Varre’s dialogue at the First Step.
Find the giant rotting face under Stormveil Castle and examine the bloodstain near it
(this is of Rogier).
Speak to Rogier about the face in Roundtable Hold.
Have Fia hold you and exhaust her dialogue options while being held.

Caelid:
 Visit Sellia Hideaway and open the Warded door in the second pit. Interact with the
Sorcerer inside.
Speak to Gowry in his shack SE of Sellia. He will ask you to find an Unalloyed Gold
Needle.
Defeat Commander O’Neil in the Swamp of Aeonia to receive the Unalloyed Gold
Needle.
Return to Gowry and give him the needle. Reload area and speak to him again to
receive the repaired needle.
Take the Needle to Millicent at the Church of the Plague NE of Sellia and exhaust
dialogue. Reload area once Millicent passes out. Exhaust dialogue again.
Return to Gowry’s Shack and exhaust Millicent’s dialogue.
Reload area and exhaust Gowry’s dialogue. [GOWRY QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
(Optional) Meet Alexander in Gael Tunnel.
Go to Redmane Castle and speak to Blaidd and Alexander.
Defeat Radahn. Be sure to summon Patches for this fight so that Radahn gets one-shot.
Speak to Alexander and Blaidd at the site of grace in the Radahn arena.
Exhaust dialogue with Witch-Hunter Jerren at the Redmane Castle throne room.
Speak to Sellen at Waypoint Ruins.
Acquire second half of Dectus Medallion from the tower of Fort Faroth (behind the huge
dragon).

Liurnia of the Lakes:

Speak to Hyetta at the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace. Give her a Shabriri Grape (one
can be found in the exit to Stromveil Castle that leads you to the Lake-Facing Cliffs.)
Speak to Boc at the Lake-Facing Cliffs Grace.
Speak to Thops at the Church of Irith.
Exhaust Varre’s dialogue at Rose Church.
Perform 3 invasions (success/failure does not matter here).
Exhaust Varre’s dialogue at Rose Church again.
Soak Lord of Blood’s Favor in a maiden’s blood. There are three options here:
a. Kill Hyetta (ends her questline).
b. Find the dead Maiden in the Chapel of Inhibition.
c. Return to the Chapel of Anticipation (where your journey began) via the warp
gate at Four Belfries, defeat the Grafted Scion boss, and find the dead Maiden
that was in the first room of the game.
Return to Varre and give him the Bloodied Lord of Blood’s Favor. He will take your finger
and give you the Pureblood Knight’s Medal.
Use Pureblood Knight’s Medal to get to Moghwyn Palace. You can use the red sign near
the Mausoleum Dynasty Midpoint Site of Grace to defeat Varre and receive his gear.
[VARRE QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Retrieve the Gold Sewing Needle from the Church of Vows.
Visit Boc at the East Raya Lucaria Gate Grace and give him the Gold Sewing Needle.
Boc will be able to alter demigod attire now, permitting you have received at least one
piece of demigod attire from Enia.
Find Yura’s Red Summon Sign on a bridge North of the Main Academy Gate Site of
Grace in Raya Lucaria and help Yura defeat Bloody Finger Ravenmount Assassin.
Exhaust dialogue after the fight.
Find Diallos lamenting Lanya’s corpse on a sunken roof NW of the Academy Gate Town
Grace. Exhaust his dialogue.
Get your toes sniffed, then defeat Rennala in the Raya Lucaria Academy.
Return to Thops and give him the Academy Glintstone Key you used to access the
Academy.
Reload area to find a Teardrop Scarab where Thops used to be that drops an ash of war.
Warp to Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace and interact with Thops’ corpse to
receive his Staff and Bell Bearing. [THOPS QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Visit Hyetta in Putrified Ruins and give her another Shabriri Grape.
Visit Hyetta North of Gate Town Bridge Grace and give her another Shabriri Grape.
Defeat Festering Fingerprint Vyke near Church of Inhibition to receive Fingerprint Grape.
Visit Hyetta in Bellum Church and give her the Fingerprint Grape.
Free Alexander from another hole South of Carian Study Hall, on the cliffs above
Jarburg. This will require an Oil Pot.
Obtain the Black Knifeprint from the Black Knife Catacombs and give it to Rogier in the
Roundtable Hold.
Speak to Fia, reload, and speak to Rogier again. Rogier will ask you to look for Ranni.
(Optional) Patches’ Emporium has moved to the Scenic Isle near the Laskyar Ruins
Grace.
Meet Rya in a gazebo in Liurnia near the Birdseye Telescope. Exhaust dialogue.
Go to Boilprawn Shack and speak to Blackguard Big Boggart. Purchase the necklace
from him (or kill him, but this will end his questline).
Buy some Boiled Prawns from Boggart to befriend him and move his shop to Leyndell.
[BOGGART QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
a. Note: Buying prawns from him will move him to Leyndell. If you do this
before completing Dung Eater’s questline, Boggart will be killed in
Leyndell.
Return the necklace to Rya and receive Volcanic Manor invitation.
Speak to Latenna at Slumbering Wolf’s Shack.
Retrieve the Stormhawk King remains from the Chapel of Anticipation (get here via Four
Belfries) and give to Nepheli Loux at Village of the Albinaurics or Roundtable Hold.
Speak to Albus in Village of the Albinaurics. He is disguised as pot that you must hit to
speak to. Exhaust dialogue and receive Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).
Warp to Godrick’s Site of Grace and find Nepheli Loux and Kenneth Haight in the throne
room. Exhaust dialogue to receive reward. [NEPHELI LOUX AND KENNETH HAIGHT
QUESTLINES COMPLETE]
Take the Medallion Half from Albus to Latenna. Promise to take her to the Haligtree and
she becomes a Spirit Ash summon.
Warp to Roundtable Hold and defeat Ensha once he invades (will only invade after you
receive the medallion from Albus). His gear will be left where he used to stand at the
Roundtable Hold.
Exhaust Diallos’ dialogue at Roundtable Hold.
Meet Iji South of Caria Manor and mention that Blaidd sent you.
Proceed through Caria Manor and defeat the area boss.
Visit the middle tower in Three Sisters (behind the Caria Manor boss) and speak to
Ranni at the top of the tower.
Offer to serve Ranni (this may require the Black Knifeprint from Rogier’s questline
depending on how far you have progressed Rogier’s quests).
If Ranni will not accept your service, speak to Rogier again, then return to Ranni. (Once
Ranni accepts your service, Rogier will fall into a deep sleep, and then die. His death is
unavoidable. His Bell Bearing and a Letter will be left behind.)
Once Ranni accepts your service, speak to Blaidd, Iji, and Seluvis in her tower.
Speak to Seluvis at his tower to receive his quest. (Unsure if this changes if Nepheli
Loux has already been given Stormhawk King.)
Find Nepheli at Village of the Albinaurics or Roundtable Hold and exhaust her dialogue.
Defeat Omenkiller boss near Village of the Albinaurics.
Go to Roundtable Hold and exhaust Nepheli’s dialogue.
Speak to Gideon Ofnir about Nepheli, and inform him of the potion.
This potion can be given to Gideon Ofnir, Nepheli Loux, or Dung Eater (if unlocked).
Giving it to the latter 2 will end their respective questlines.
Return to Seluvis and tell him you gave Nepheli the potion (which may be a lie if you
gave it to Gideon) and you will be able to learn spells from him.
Find the illusory floor outside of Ranni’s Rise and unlock it. Hit the illusory wall at the end
of the room and view the Sellen puppet.
Return to Seluvis and inform him that you’ve seen his chambers. Since he believes
you’re on his side, he will offer you a choice of Spirit Ashes.
You will now be able to purchase the other Spirit Ashes from him. Purchase a second
Ash to proceed.
Speak to Seluvis about his scheme to make Ranni a puppet.
Find the Amber Starlight (NE of Altus Highway Junction Grace).
Return to Seluvis to receive the potion.
Give the potion to Ranni. This will upset her and lock you out of her questline unless you
receive Absolution at the Church of Vows.
 Return to Seluvis to find his corpse with Bell Bearing and gear. His corpse still allows
access to the Puppet Merchant inventory.
Find Blaidd in the Siofra River area and exhaust his dialogue. If he mentions being given
another task now that Nokron is open, his questline has progressed properly.
Return to where you met Blaidd at Mistwood Ruins and you will find a message.
Speak to War Counselor Iji.
Proceed to Forlorn Hound Evergaol and free Blaidd.
Return to War Counselor Iji and speak to him.
Speak to Seluvis in Three Sisters to gain Seluvis’s Introduction and take it to Sellen in
Waypoint Ruins.
Go to the crater caused by the falling star from the post-Radahn custcene to the South of
Mistwood and drop into the crater.
Navigate Nokron, The Eternal City until you reach Night’s Sacred Ground and collect the
Fingerslayer Blade.
Bring the Fingerslayer Blade to Ranni and collect the Carian Inverted Statue.
Go to Carian Study Hall and use the Inverted Statue to reach the top of the Divine Tower
of Liurnia.
Acquire Cursemark of Death from the Divine Tower.
Visit Renna’s Rise at Three Sisters and warp to Ainsel River Main.
Collect Miniature Ranni at Ainsel River Main and proceed through the area until you
reach the Nokstella Site of Grace.
Rest at this Grace and speak to Minitaure Ranni (may require you talking to it multiple
times before you get a response).
Defeat the Baleful Shadow below Nokstella and receive Discarded Palace Key.
Warp to Raya Lucaria Grand Library and unlock the chest to receive the Dark Moon
Ring.
With the ring, warp to the Lake of Rot just past where you fight the Baleful Shadow and
continue on to the Grand Cloister.
Use the coffin in the Grand Cloister to access and defeat Astel.
Continue to the Moonlight Altar past Glintstone Dragon Adula and enter the Cathedral of
Manus Celes.
Use the Dark Moon Ring on Miniature Ranni to revive Ranni and receive Dark Moon
Greatsword. [RANNI QUESTLINE COMPLETE, OPTIONAL ENDING UNLOCKED]
Once Ranni’s questline is complete, visit Ranni’s Rise and defeat an enraged Blaidd.
Retrieve his gear upon defeat. [BLAIDD QUESTLINE COMPLETE]

Mt. Gelmir/Altus Plateau:

● The primary location for quests on Mt. Gelmir is the Volcano Manor. The quickest way
here is to take the Grand Dectus Lift and speak to Rya at the top level, and accept her
offer to warp you to the Manor. Alternatively, take the back path to the Altus Plateau via
the Magma Wyrm boss fight and speak to Rya at Lux Ruins to be warped to the Manor.
Speak to Tanith and join the Volcano Manor. Use the Drawing-Room Key to meet the
crew.
Exhaust Diallos’ dialogue in the Drawing Room.
(Optional) Defeat the Magma Wyrm at Seethewater Terminus and speak to Alexander,
who is bathing in the lava.
(Optional) Patches can be encountered and cause some mischief on the way to the
Manor.
Complete the first assassination for Volcano Manor and speak to Rya in a new room in
her snake form.
Enter the illusory wall in the room next to hers to reach the Prison Town Church.
Return to Zoraya and inform her of what you’ve seen.
(Optional) Speak to Tanith about Zoraya’s troubles.
Defeat the Godskin Noble at Temple of Eiglay to receive Serpent’s Amnion.
Give Zoraya the Serpent’s Amnion and she will disappear.
(Optional) Speak to Tanith about Zoraya’s absence and receive the Tonic of
Forgetfulness to give to Zoraya.
Zoraya has moved to the hidden area behind the Temple of Eiglay’s elevator and across
the lava flow. Speak to her and she will request that you kill her to end her pain. There
are 3 options here:
a. Kill her and receive Daedicar’s Woe [RYA QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
b. Spare her and speak to her again after killing Rykard. Reload the area and she
will be gone, and there will be Daedicar’s Woe and Zoraya’s Letter left behind.
[RYA QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
c. Give Rya the Tonic of Forgetfulness and she will go to sleep. [RYA QUESTLINE
COMPLETE]
Complete the second assassination quest for the Manor.
Speak to Bernahl to receive the Letter to Bernahl.
Speak to Patches at Volcano Manor and receive the Letter to Patches.
Go to Ruin-Strewn Precipice and find the red invasion sign. Defeat Great Horned
Tragoth and receive the Bull-Goat Armor Set.
Speak to Patches for the Magma Whip Candlestick.
Go to Leyndell and find Bernahl’s red summon sign. Fight alongside him and receive
Raging Wolf set. (This may require you completing the Juno Hoslow assassination at the
Mountaintop of the Giants - different sources list different requirements).
Return to Volcano Manor and speak to Bernahl to receive Gelmir’s Fury Sorcery.
Defeat Rykard once all of the Volcano Manor quests are complete. Defeating Rykard
before completing all of the previous Volcano Manor related quests will lock you out of
them.
Exhaust Bernahl’s dialogue.
After defeating Rykard, find Patches at Shaded Castle. Receive the Dancer’s Castanets
to give to Tanith. [PATCHES QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Find the Valkyrie’s Prosthesis in a chest in Shaded Castle.
 Visit Jarburg and speak to Jar Bairn if you haven’t already. Progress through the new
Potentate dialogue.
Reload the area and speak to Jar Bairn again, and he will discuss Diallos’ arrival.
Revisit Jarburg and the town will be damaged. Exhaust Diallos’ dialogue, then exhaust
Jar Bairn’s dialogue.
Rest at Jarburg Grace and Jar Bairn will move over to Diallos.
Rest again and Diallos will disappear, leaving behind his gear and Numen’s Rune.
[DIALLOS AND JAR BAIRN QUESTLINES COMPLETE]
Find Primeval Sorcerer Azur near the Hermit Village and interact with him.
Meet Sellen at the Witchbane Ruins and receive the Primevil Glintstone.
Reload the area and exhaust Witch-Hunter Jerren’s dialogue. He will mention Sellen
possibly moving to a new body.
Go to Three Sisters and visit Seluvis’ very totally not creepy puppet room. Interact with
the Sellen puppet and hand over the Primevil Glintstone.
Warp to Raya Lucaria Grand Library Grace and find 2 summon signs outside of the
library. Choose a sign:
a. Use the White Sign to help Sellen kill Jerren. Adds items to Sellen’s shop, but
she will disappear after you exhaust her dialogue in the Grand Library and her
shop will be unavailable. [SELLEN/JERREN QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
b. Use the Red sign to help Jerren kill Sellen. Receive Witch’s Glintstone Crown
and Sellen’s Bell Bearing. Speak to Jerren after reloading the area to receive
Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone. [SELLEN/JERREN QUESTLINE COMPLETE]

Leyndell, The Royal Capital/Altus Plateau:

Boc will move to the East Capital Rampart Grace and confess a desire to be reborn by
Rennala. There are two options here:
a. Give Boc a Larval Tear. Boc will appear next to Rennala in the Grand Library,
then will die after the next time the area is reloaded. [BOC QUESTLINE
COMPLETE]
b. Use the “You’re Beautiful” Prattling Pate (acquired at the Hermit Village in Mt.
Gelmir) in front of Boc, then discuss it. [BOC QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Find Hyetta at Frenzied Flame Proscription beneath the Subterranean
Shunning-Grounds (which is beneath the Cathedral of the Forsaken Grace). [HYETTA
QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
★ If you accept the Three Fingers’ Flame, Hyetta will replace Melina as your
Maiden and lock you into the Frenzied Flame ending unless you acquire
Miquella’s Needle and use it in Dragonlord Placidusax’s arena.
Speak to Dung Eater at Roundtable Hold and exhaust dialogue.
Give Dung Eater a Seedbed Curse and he will ask you to find his body in the Leyndell
Sewers and kill him.
Use the key he gave you and find his cell. You can choose to either kill him or free him.
Obviously killing him will end his questline here.
 If you free Dung Eater, a message will appear at the Roundtable Hold to meet him at the
Outer Moat so he can kill you.
Meet Dung Eater at Outer Moat. Dung Eater will invade you. Kill him and receive the
Sword of Milos.
Return to Roundtable Hold and hear Dung Eater’s request to give his body 5 Seedbed
Curses. Doing so will give you the Mending Rune of the Fell Curse and unlock the Curse
ending. [DUNG EATER QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Speak to Fia at Roundtable Hold and receive her dagger.
Speak to D and give him the dagger.
Speak to Corhyn and learn about his plan to find Goldmask.
Reload Roundtable Hold and go to the now open area past Hewg. Exhaust Fia’s
dialogue. [D QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Go to Deeproot Depths and speak to Fia at the Prince of Death’s Throne Grace. Ask for
an embrace.
Give Fia the Cursemark of Death.
Exhaust Fia’s dialogue and reload the area.
Enter Fia’s dream and defeat Lichdragon Fortissax.
Return to Fia, who is now dead, and loot the Mending Rune of the Death-Prince and her
attire. This will unlock the Age of Duskborn ending. [FIA QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Find Corhyn North of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace and exhaust his dialogue.
Find Goldmask on the broken bridge on the north side of Altus Plateau and interact with
him.
Return to Corhyn and inform him of Goldmask’s location.
Return to Goldmask and exhaust Corhyn’s dialogue.
After you defeat Godfrey, First Elden Lord, Corhyn will move to the Colosseum at
Leyndell. Exhaust his dialogue.
Receive Law of Regression incantation (33 INT required) and head west of the Erdtree
Sanctuary Grace until you find a message saying “Regression” in front of a statue. Cast
Law of Regression on the message while facing the statue. Read the newly formed
message.
Return to Corhyn and inform him of your discovery.
Find Yura at the Second Church of Marika and speak to him to receive Nagakiba and
battle with Eleonora. Defeat her and receive your reward.
Speak to Millicent North of Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace and give her the Valkyrie’s
Prosthesis.
Defeat the boss of Dominula and find Millicent near the Windmill Heights Grace. Exhaust
her dialogue.

Mountaintop of the Giants/Crumbling Farum Azula:

(Optional) Alexander can be summoned to fight the Fire Giant.

 Summon Latenna’s ashes at Apostate Derelict to receive Somber Ancient Dragon
Smithing Stone. [LATENNA QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
At Crumbling Farum Azula, Alexander will challenge you to fight. Defeating him drops
Shard of Alexander and Warrior Jar Shard. [ALEXANDER QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Speak to Corhyn at Stargazer’s Ruins.
After defeating Fire Giant and Beast Clergyman bosses, Corhyn will move to Capital of
Ash Grace.
South of Capital of Ash Grace, below the elevator, there is a new path leading to
Goldmask’s corpse. Retrieve Mending Rune of Perfect Order, unlocking Age of Perfect
Order ending. [CORHYN/GOLDMASK QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Reload the area to retrieve Goldmask’s gear.
Fight Yura at Zamor Ruins Grace to receive his armor set. [YURA QUESTLINE
COMPLETE]
Defeat Bernahl as an invader in Crumbling Farum Azula to receive his gear. [BERNAHL
QUESTLINE COMPLETE]
Visit Millicent at Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Grace, then at the Prayer Room Grace.
Defeat the Ulcerated Tree Spirit boss before the Drainage Channel Grace.
After defeating Ulcerated Tree Spirit and resting at the Grace, 2 summon signs will
appear nearby:
a. Use the gold summon sign to help Millicent fight 4 NPC invaders (Millicent’s
Sisters) and receive Rotten Winged Sword Insignia.
b. Use the red summon sign to kill Millicent in her world and receive Millicent’s
Prosthesis. [ENDS QUESTLINE]
After defeating Millicent’s Sisters, rest and speak to Millicent near where her summon
sign was previously located. Exhaust her dialogue.

In Malenia’s arena, use the Unalloyed Gold Needle on the Scarlet Aeonia to receive
Miquella’s Needle. This can be used to reverse the Lord of Frenzied Flame Ending.

To my knowledge, this should be all of the NPC side-quests that are optional to beating
the game. I hope this guide was helpful in some capacity, and I will try to update it
periodically as new info comes out, or I learn some of this guide is wrong, or FromSoft
decides to add more NPCs and Questlines again.
