Teaching and Learning Activities

1. The teacher greets the students.

2. The teacher starts the class by asking the students to guess what they
will learn today by looking at the title of the topic.
Set Induction
3. Teacher asks students if they know any health problems.

4. Teacher says a few health problems and students make an impression


to describe the problems ( Eg. Headache, stomach ache, toothache,
etc.)

Presentation:

1. Teacher asks students to their textbook (page 103)


2. Students are asked to identify the health problems each of the
children in the picture have.
3. The health problems from the pictures are written on the
whiteboard by the teacher.
4. Teacher will let the students listen to the song once.
5. Students will sing the song together with the teacher

Practice:

1. Teacher distributes worksheet about health problems to the


students.
2. Students are required to complete the worksheet
3. Teacher will give guidance to students if they need it.
4. Teacher and students will go through the answers together.
Lesson Development Production:

1. Teacher produces flashcards containing health problem words.


2. Students will be playing a game of charades.
3. A student will be chosen to stand in front of the class.
4. Student will choose a random flashcard where they will have to
do gestures to perform the word.
5. Other students will need to guess what is the word.

Closure 1.Teacher recaps the lesson.
