The Sangguniang Kabataan in Arakan, Cotabato, Philippines is organizing a governance promotion activity called the Second Semester 2022 Katipunan ng Kabataan General Assembly on December 11, 2022. B. RATIONALE
The best way to deal with grievances is to present every detail pertaining to specific
subject matters. The same works in governance. The Sangguniang Kabataan, after the
success of the activities conducted in OCTOBER, 2022, the SK Sports Fest 2022, and after
disbursements are made and that plans are laid out for the SK implementation of PPAs for
FY 2023, thought it best to conduct a Katipunan ng Kabataan General Assembly for the
Second Semester 2022. This will be the venue by which PPAs specifically for the youth are
discussed including the status of implementation of each PPA. This shall be a venue by
which youth are given the priority to voice out any grievance or suggestions to best execute
or perform the planned youth development programs, projects and activities.

After the meeting will be held the championship games for Basketball tournament and
Volleyball Tournament of the Year-End Sports Fest 2022, and a little Year-End Party, among
youths. Free snacks will be served for all in attendance.

C. GOALS

3. Social inclusion.
4. Camaraderie among youth in the entire barangay.
