INTERPRETATION:

The above table indicates that out of 100 respondents, 61% of the respondents said they suffer
both physical and mental stress in their job, 20% of the respondents said mental stress and
only 19% of the respondents said physical stress.

Inference:

From the above table, the Weighted average has been calculated as 2.42. The
attributes given to the frequencies are Physical 3, Mental 2 and both 1 respectively.
Hence, it has been found that the weight of opinion about the in the
organization is balancedsupportive, were they work culture get balance on
different perspective.
