2. Safety Precaution
▪ Detail information about safety precaution taken in workshop which related to the
Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

3. Equipment
▪ Picture / figure any related equipment and measurement instruments used
▪ Information and function for each equipment and measurement instruments
➢ Measurement instruments that related to the task (E.g; steel ruler, Vernier caliper, centre
gauge, L square)

4. Procedures
▪ A clear information of how the procedure was performed
▪ Explain the process of the task from the beginning until to the last process include the
relevant figure of the procedure

5. Discussion
▪ Discuss the finished product gained after the task is completed ➢ Attach the
picture of your project.
▪ List down the error from the task and explain how to overcome the error. ▪

6. Conclusion
▪ Make a conclusion based on the respective project and workshops
