Blackpink Concert Jakarta Sold Over 120,000 Tickets Social Expat

Blackpink's concert in Jakarta was a sold out success, with over 120,000 tickets sold over two days. The concert on March 11th and 12th saw fans, called BLINKs, fill GBK Stadium to capacity to see Blackpink perform. Both inside and outside the venue, the crowds were energized, singing along to every song. Blackpink's growing popularity was evident in the increase in ticket sales from their first 2019 Indonesia concert. Their Born Pink World Tour stop in Jakarta proved to be their most successful concert yet in Indonesia.

On the 11th of March, 2023, the Born Pink Jakarta stop of the Blackpink World Tour won
over the hearts of the Indonesian audience. Senayan, Jakarta. Blackpink tickets went on sale
in mid-November last year and cost between Rp1.3 and Rp3.8 million. They were obtained by
about 65,000 people, while on their second day on the 12th of March 2023, another 70,000
tickets were sold out. It was a full-house event.

Jennie, Lisa, Rose, and Jisoo’s live performance proved that the struggle during the ticket war
was worthwhile. GBK Stadium was turned into a sea of pinks inside and outside the venue.
The crowds shouted the four South Korean and Thai ladies’ names as they sang.
