Respected Sir,
I am writing this letter under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005,
to seek certain information regarding the repair work being carried out at Bldg.
No. 11, Dubash Lane, "Mumbai, D-I Divn." I kindly request your assistance in
providing the following details:

1. Name and Contact Information of Inspector:

d. Please provide a copy of the sanctioned plan for the repair work, along with
the work order and the letter of work done with specific technical specifications.
e. Please provide a certified estimate copy with the name of the concerned
person.

4. Items of work done, with specifications and measurements of various works


completed.
5. Waterproofing Work:
a. Please provide details of the person responsible for overseeing the
waterproofing work, whether an Engineer or an Architect.
b. Has the waterproofing work been approved as per the schedule?
c. Please provide a certified copy of the guarantee for the waterproofing work.

6. Cement Plaster Work:


a. Has the cement plaster work been carried out as per the specified
requirements?
b. Please provide approval from the Engineer/Architect for the cement plaster
work.

7. Rainwater Pipe Installation:


a. It has come to our attention that the rainwater pipe has not been fitted
properly. Please provide details regarding this issue.

8. Cutting Down Small Trees:


a. According to our understanding, the cutting down of small trees has not been
carried out, and the architect is refusing to rectify the situation. Please provide
clarification on this matter.

9. Certified Bill Copy:


a. Please provide a certified copy of the bill for the work done.

10. Total Amount of Repair Work:


a. Please provide the total amount of repair work carried out as per Schedule B.
11. Certified Copy of Schedule 'B':
a. Please provide a certified copy of Schedule 'B' and the amount of Rs.
12,83,037 mentioned in the certificate.

12. Reason for Increase in Amount:


a. If there has been an increase in the amount as per Schedule B, please provide
the reason for the increase and a copy of the sanction or amendment.

13. Waterproofing Work Order:


a. As per the architect's statement on April 5, 2022, there was no instruction to
carry out waterproofing work. If there was no work order, kindly explain how the
work was carried out.

14. Technical Supervision:


a. Please provide details regarding the technical supervision, if any, during the
repair work.

15. Architect's Site Visits:


a. Please provide the number of visits the architect has made to the site, along
with the dates.

16. Nahani Trap Work:


a. As per our knowledge, no work has been done on the Nahani trap as per the
item mentioned in Schedule B. Please provide clarification on this matter.
17. Non-Compliance with Schedule B:
In case any work has not been executed as per Schedule B, I would like to know
what actions will be taken in accordance with the applicable laws.

I kindly request that the above information be provided to me within the


stipulated time frame of thirty days, as prescribed under the Right to Information
Act, 2005. Additionally, I am willing to pay any required fees for accessing the
requested information.
