RESOLUTION NO.6-2023

“A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MEMBERS OF INVENTORY COMMITTEE


OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY PASUGUE, PANITAN,
CAPIZ.”

Whereas, COA CIRCULAR No. 2020-03 prescribes the use of the Handbook of the Financial
Transactions of the Sangguniang Kabataan on the Proper Recording and Reporting of SK funds.

Whereas, pursuant to paragraph 8.1.14 of the Commission on Audit Handbook on the Financial
Transactions of the Sangguniang Kabataan and pertinent laws the Sangguniang Kabataan
Officials shall prepare an SK resolution designating an Inventory Committee;

Whereas, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall act as the Supply and Property Officer and
shall be responsible for the receipt, custody, issue and disposal of all property and equipment of
the Sangguniang Kabataan;

Whereas, the Inventory Committee shall conduct a physical count of all supplies and materials
of the Sangguniang Kabataan in the custody of the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer at least
twice a year as at June 30 and December 31;

Whereas, the Inventory Committee shall prepare Report on Inventory of Purchased Supplies and
Materials (RIPSM) and Report on Inventory of Donated Supplies and Materials (RIDSM) to be
submitted to the COA Auditor concerned not later than July 31 and January 31 of each year,

Whereas, the Inventory Committee shall be composed of at least three members;

Whereas, the Committee Head which shall come from SK Officials while Committee Members
may come from the members of the Youth Council or from among the members of the Youth
Association;

Whereas, the composition of the Inventory Committee may be reconstituted annually or as the
need arises;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT, on motion of the SK Councilor SARAH NICOLE D. FLORES


duly seconded by all present be it. Resolved as it is resolved, to designate the fallowing in
accordance with above cited provisions of the Handbook to constitute the Inventory Committee,
to wit:

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to all concerned for their file,
copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local
Youth Development Office Panitan, Capiz for their information and record.

Approved this of 19th day of November, 2023 at Barangay Hall, Barangay Pasugue, Municipality
of Panitan, Province of Capiz.
