AFFIDAVIT OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

This is to inform you that I am Sponsor Name, father/mother/brother/sister/husband/wife of


Applicants Name. Permanent Address:…………………………………………. Bangladesh. I'm
the father/mother/brother/sister/husband/wife and legal sponsor of Applicants Name, who has
planned to apply for a resident permit at the Embassy of Italy in Dhaka for study purposes. I
have reached this decision to sponsor him on the basis of his high ambition for overseas
education and his dream of studying in Italy. I am confident that I will cover all of his
educational expenses, including living expenses, health insurance, and anything else he requires
to complete his studies in Italy without any difficulty. I am committed that his education will not
be stopped due to a financial crisis. I hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

1. That, I am a permanent resident and citizen of Bangladesh by birth. My National Identity Card
No. is xxxxxxxxxx.
2. My total family members are seven, including my husband, son, daughter in-law and myself.
3. I am a business proprietor, landlord and skilled private land surveyor. My family has
approximately (21623.15 square feet) of properties, including house, agricultural land, gardens,
and fishponds. The present market price of these total properties is approximately 5,000,000
BDT.
4. That, Applicants Name, SO: Father Name and Mother Name, whose date of birth is xx-xx-
xxxx Passport No. xxxxx is our 1st son and we are his real parents.
5. That, I am the legal sponsor of my son for his higher education in Italy to develop his
educational career and professional field in the future.
6. Now. Applicants Name has been accepted to study for Masters in Economics and Finance at
University Name in the winter semester, session of 2023-2024
7. That, I am committed, willing, and able to bear his educational expenses for the completion of
his full-time program at the University Name, Italy.
Total estimated tuition fees with living expenses:
Payable tuition fees (For 1" academic year) €400 (0% waived in the form of Scholarship)
Living expenses (12 Months) € 550.00 12 € 6600.00
It stands for the 1" Year €7000.00

I hereby declare that I contribute d BDT 1,500,000 (approximately € 15.317/-euros as of June


16th, 2022 exchange rate €1-97.93 BDT) toward my son Applicants Name tuition fees and living
expenses in Italy. I have trasferred the amount on 16/06/2022 to until 29/06/2022 from my
account at Sonali Bank Limited, Account Name: Sponsor Name, Account no. Sponsor account
no., Bank Branch, Feni to my son's account at Premier Bank Limited, Account Name: Applicants
Name, Account no. Applicants Account no, Bank branch. I have managed to get this amount
from the business sector, agriculture sector and savings

LETTER OF FINANCIAL DECLARATION

(I) I am Sponsor Name, owner of (Shop Name), license no: e-TIN... I would like to state that. I
have been involved in this business since 2019.

(II) I hereby declare that the sponsorship amount has come from my business profit, agriculture
sector, and savings. The source of savings is my husband's (...) and my sons (... and....) salaries.
My husband was a service holder in Oman for the 20 years. My first son has been a freelancer
and crypto trader for the last 2 years, and my second son has been a technician for the last 5
years

(III) I hereby declare that, my family's total annual income from all sources during 2021 was
Bangladeshi TK. 1,200,000/- (12.253,65 Euros), which is more than sufficient to meet the
education expenses, maintenance, and others expenses of the family. (Note: 1 EUR-97.93 BDT.)

(IV) I hereby declare that I have provided my son BDT 1.500.000/- (approximately € 15.317/-
euros as of June 16th. 2022 exchange rate €1=9793 BDT) for educational purposes, and I will
support him from Bangladesh if he requires it in the future. I have attached all of the relevant
papers (such as trade license, tin certificate and property statement) regarding that purpose.

(V) I am hereby assured that my son Applicants Name, on completion of his studies at the
University Name, will not overstay there and if for any reason he stranded there. I am bound to
back him to Bangladesh at my own arrangements, and insure that after giving him this amount of
consumption, we will never fall into any financial crisis in the future, which is explained in the
financial clarification part.

That above mentioned statements is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief the
truth where of I sign this affidavit before the Notary Public Kishoreganj, Bangladesh.
