Agencies who have not cleared all outstanding dues of this corporation against previously
allocated parking are not eligible to participate in this E-
Tender. The highest bidder of each lot shall have to deposit the bid offer money for 6 months in
advance to AMC within 7(Seven) days of issuance of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA), failing which,
the second highest bidder shall be given the option to deposit the leave and licence fees offered
by the highest bidder within stipulated time period of seven days. Similarly the third highest
bidder shall be given the option to deposit the leave and licence fees offered by the highest bidder
within stipulated time period of seven days, if the second highest bidder fails to deposit the leave
and licence fees offered by the highest bidder within stipulated time. It is specifically stated that
no plea for extension of the stipulated period for deposit of money as stated above will be
entertained. In case of failure to deposit the leave and licence fees offered by the highest bidder
within stipulated time by the highest bidder within the stipulated period as stated above, the
earnest money deposited by him shall stand forfeited. This principle will be
applicable for each lot. The intending bidder shall have to
survey the area before quoting his rate at his/her/its own cost. In case the quoted rate is below
the starting offer price, his/her/their/its offer shall be treated as invalid. The earnest money
deposited by each successful bidder against each lot allotted to him shall thereafter be treated as
security money. The security money will be returned back to the bidder after the expiry of the
period of allotment of parking lot without any interest.

Earnest Money: An earnest money initial of the starting offer price for 11 Months
period as has been mentioned in column 5 of the first table in this document for
each lot shall have to be deposited by the intending bidders.
As per G O No. 3975-F(Y) dated 28.07.2016read with Finance Department vide No.
5688- F(Y)dt.03.11.2016 of the Secretary, Audit Branch, Finance Department a bidder
should initiate payment of pre-defined EMD for the Tender by selecting from either
of the following payments modes:
The amount of pre-defined Earnest Money is to be submitted online in the
following payments modes:
a) Netbanking(anyofthebankslistedintheICICIBankPaymentgateway)incaseofpaymen
tthrough ICICI bank payment gateway.
b) RTGS/NEFT in case of offline payment through bank account in any bank.(Details
of which has been narrated in "Instruction to Bidders").
c) PAN Card, Valid Professional Tax Deposit Challan, Valid Trade Lisence, valid
certificate of 15-digit Goods and Service Tax payer Identification Number (GSTIN)
under GST Act. 2017,to be accompanied with the Technical Bid document.

1. The Selected bidder will be provided with Hoardings/Mono Poles/LED Display Boards
different places belonging to AMC on a fixed term of 11 months.
2. 20%of total number of days within 11MONTHS of contract period shall be reserved for
AMC for displaying its own matters.
3. All the structure belong to AMC and the location where already hoarding structure are
 available, in such the successful bidder will have to deposit extra
10%ofdemandvaluetowards rent for the said structure.
4. The starting offer price for Hoarding/Bill Board will be Rs 212.00/- per Sqft; For
Monopole/ - per Sqft and for LED display Board Rs. 400/- per Sqft for 11 Months
period.

Hence, The bidders will be required to quote their offer in terms of per Sq. feet rate for 11
month period over and above Rs. 212/- per sq. feet for 11 months period for the category
of Hoarding/ Bill board, Rs. 350/- per Sqft for 11 Months period in case of Monopole /
Gantry and Rs. 400/- per sqft for 11 Months period in case of LED Display Boardin a sealed
envelope and to drop it in the designated box meant for this purpose kept at Engineering
Section (1st Floor-Block-A) at Asansol Municipal Corporation head office.

 The Asansol Municipal Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
