Fudgy Fantasy Foods owners Rojo Max Jacob reviewed their experience at the recent Market Place, noting they sold out of chocolate and caramel brownies but their stall presentation was below average. Their verbal marketing was successful while their visual marketing and presentation could be improved. Their goals are to sell out at the remaining two business days and make customers happy by having the ideal location at the food court entrance targeting all customers during lunchtime.

4. Given the nature of your business product, describe the most ideal market (niche: location,
target audience, gender etc).
The most ideal market would be at the front of the food court right next to the door so we
can attract customers. Our target audience is everyone because everyone eats food and most
people like brownies. The best time for our business is lunch time because people are
generally hungry during lunch so they are more likely to buy our products.

Our goals are to sell out in the two remaining business days and to make our customers
happy.
