The Belbin Team Inventory is a behavioral assessment tool used to understand how individuals behave in team environments. It involves 360-degree feedback and self-assessment to identify which of 9 team roles best describe a person's behavior, such as Plant, Resource Investigator, Coordinator, and more. Each role contributes differently to a team's success, and understanding one's natural roles can help maximize their contributions and improve team dynamics.
