8/2023 and 9/2023, dated 12-05-2023 for Direct Recruitment to the posts of
Typist and Copyist in the Telangana Judicial Ministerial Service.
1. The English Typewriting test (skill test) with the use of computers will be for 10 minutes (with a speed of 45 wpm) for 100 marks.
2. Merit list will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the skill test (Typing) in English.
3. Typing test will be conducted on computer.
4. Candidates will be given 60 minutes of time to practice with keyboard and 10 minute break before the actual test.
5. The Hall Ticket must be presented for verification and also at least one original valid identification card i.e Pass Port, Pan Card, Voter
ID, Aadhar Card, Govt.Employee ID or Driving Licence etc., at the entrance of the examination centre and also in the examination
hall/room, failing which the candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination. The candidates shall sign the attendance
sheet in the examination hall.
6. Candidates will be permitted to appear for the examination, after their credentials are verified by centre officials and after frisking to
ensure that no prohibited articles are carried.(Purses and handbags are also not allowed). At the Examination centre, the Authority
will not make any arrangement for safe custody of any articles/things carried by the candidates and they shall make their own
arrangements
7. In respect of the candidates who have applied for the post/s in more than one Judicial District/Unit, the candidature(Merit) for that
category of post/s will be considered in all Judicial Districts/Units where they have applied.
8. If any candidate received the hall ticket without photo/blurred photo/too small photo, the candidate shall attach recent passport size
photograph in the space provided for photograph duly attested by Gazetted Officer, failing which the candidate will not be admitted
to the examination.
9. Candidates are allowed inside the examination centre from the reporting time, as the candidates have to undergo certain procedural
formalities, like biometric verification etc. The examination centre gates will be closed as per the time mentioned above. No
candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre after the gate closure time.
10. The check-in procedure inside the examination hall includes capturing the left hand thumb impression. This is a security feature
which will allow authority to crosscheck the identity and also to prevent impersonation cases. Therefore, they are advised not to
apply mehandi, ink etc., on their hands/feet. In case the biometric could not be verified due to technical reasons at the start of
examination, it would be taken at the end of the examination.
11. Candidates will be permitted to occupy their allotted seats as and when they complete the Bio-metric procedure before the scheduled
start of the examination. After completion of the Bio-metric verification, no candidates allowed to leave the allotted Room/Hall.
12. Candidates are not allowed to bring any Electronic devices, such as Mobile/Cell phones, programmable calculators, Tablets, I-pad,
Bluetooth, Pagers or any other device capable of interacting/programming to the examination centre. Any violation of the above
leads to disqualification of the candidature.
13. Candidates are expected to behave in orderly and disciplined manner while taking the examination. The candidature will be rejected
in such cases, in case of impersonation/disorder/Rowdy behavior during examination. Necessary FIR for the incident will be lodged
with concerned Police Station apart form disqualifying the candidature. The Centre Chief Invigilator is duly authorized to take spot
action in such cases.
14. Candidates are requested to remain in their seat and not to glance into the computer other than the one allotted, and Candidates are
prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates in the Examination Hall or causing disturbance in
any manner whatsoever. Candidates are prohibited to borrow any item from other candidates in the examination hall. In case of any
disturbance, such candidates would be disqualified.
15. Candidates will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the expiry of full time. If any candidate leaves the examination hall in
the middle, he/she would be disqualified. If there is any problem with computer, the candidate has to inform the invigilator and should
not talk to others. In case of any violation, the candidature will be disqualified.
16. Violation of any of the instructions may lead to invalidation of candidature besides penal action.
