The Qualified candidates of AP.D.

PHARMACY-2023 are informed that the


admission into Diploma in Pharmacy will be conducted based on Web based
Counselling. The detailed procedure of Web based counselling and other instructions
will be made available at https://apdpharm.nic.in.

1) PAYMENT OF PROCESSING FEE BY ONLINE:


All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from
29.11.2023 to 30.11.2023. The fee amounts are given below,
For OC/BC:Rs.1200/-
For SC/ST:Rs. 600/-
1. Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or
through internet banking.
2. Once the payment is success click on print button and take a print out of fee
receipt.

2) VERIFICATION OF CERTIFICATES:

The qualified candidates of APDPHARMACY-2023 are informed to attend for


certificate verification along with the Processing fee payment receipt in any one
of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given under, with
all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like

a)Certificates to be produced by all candidates:

All original certificates and 2 sets of Xerox copies like


1. D.PHARMACY-2023 Rank Card issued by SBTET.
2. Intermediate Memo of Marks-cum-Pass Certificate.
3. S.S.C or its equivalent Marks memo.
4. VI to Inter Study Certificate OR Residence Certificate (in case where the
candidate has no institutionalized education)
5. In respect of Non-Local candidates in order to consider them for allotment
under unreserved seats the following certificates needs to be submitted.
a)Residence Certificate: Candidates who has resided in the State for a total
period of 10 years excluding periods of study outside the State; or either of
whose parents have resided in the State for a total period of 10 years
excluding periods of employment outside the State.
OR
b)Employer Certificate :Candidates who are children of parents who are in
the employment of this State or Central Government, Public Sector
Corporations, Local bodies , Universities and other similar Quasi Public
Institutions within the State at the time of applying for APDPHARMACY– 2023.
6. Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2020 OR rice card issued by
competent authority of A.P for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
7. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved
category candidates (BC/SC/ST).
8. Transfer certificate.
9. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.
10.EWS certificate valid for the year 2023-24 from Mee Seva, for OC candidates
who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
11.Local status certificate: Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate
who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of
Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2024 shall be regarded as
the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh

b) Certificates to be produced by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates:

a. PH-Certificate issued by District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and


above disability are only eligible.
b. CAP- Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Board (In case of Ex-Service
men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose
parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be
considered under “CAP” Category.
c. NCC & Sports- Produce Original Certificates issued by the competent
authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of A.P.
d. Scouts& guides: Produce original certificates of Rastriya Certificate holders of
Bharat Scouts and Guides and other certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and
Guides issued by competent authorities.
e. Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority status or Certificate from the Head
Master
NOTE: Original certificates need not be deposited in the
colleges/Polytechnics at the time of admission.

 Certificate Verification of special Categories (both MPC & Bi.P.C. Streams)


i.e., PH/NCC/CAP/Scouts&Guides/Sports & Games will be on 30.11.2023
(Reporting time: 09.00 AM), Ranks from 1 to Last, at Government
Polytechnic, Vijayawada only.

 Other candidates can go to any one of the 3 Help Line Centres mentioned
below for Certificate Verification on 29.11.2023 & 30.11.2023(Reporting
time: 09.00 AM)

1. Govt. Polytechnic, Vijayawada(both MPC & Bi.P.C) & Certificate Verification of
special Categories (both MPC & Bi.P.C. Streams) i.e., PH/NCC/CAP/Scouts &
Guides/Sports & Games. i.e General verification& Special category verification.
2. Govt. Polytechnic, Visakhapatnam (both MPC & Bi.P.C).
3. Govt. Polytechnic for Women, Kadapa (both MPC & Bi.P.C.Stream).

3) EXERCISING OF OPTIONS:

The Candidates can exercise options from internet café or internet facility available
at their residence or from any Help Line Centre on the dates mentioned below
immediately after Certificate Verification by using URL https://apdpharm.nic.in.
However, all the Help Line Centres will work from 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 a.m.

On the last day of schedule, options last exercised by the candidate will be frozen
and candidate should take a print out. The options recorded in the server on the last
day will alone be considered for allotment of seats.

4) ALLOTMENT OF SEATS:
1) Allotments will be placed in Website https://apdpharm.nic.inon 04.12.2023
after 06.00 p.m.
2) Enter the Login Id, Hall Ticket number, Password and date of birth in
Candidate Login.
3) Download the allotment order and report to the college.
Reimbursement of Tuition Fee: Tuition fee payable after allotment is Rs.
4,700/- (for Government and aided Polytechnics) and Rs.25,000/- per annum (in
Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges).The
reimbursement of Tuition fee in respect of all eligible candidates will be as
per the orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time.
Note: It is informed to all the candidates that they can approach nearest
Government Polytechnic for any help regarding information related to web
counselling procedure (Certificate verification in Web counselling process only be
done at 3 Help Line Centres). The list of Government Polytechnics and Help Line
Centres are available in Website https://apdpharm.nic.in.
