Conversion Chart

Dry Ingredients – Spooned and leveled. Fluff up the dry ingredients in the
container. Spoon the dry ingredients into the measuring cup until over-filled. Use
a flat, straight edged knife or spatula to level off the extra.
All values are approximates, with a +/- 5 g accuracy.
