This document presents the results of a survey of 19 senior high school students at STI College Cotabato regarding their perceptions of challenges when riding a bicycle. It found that most respondents were male and had ridden a bicycle before. When riding, students often experienced pain from the bicycle seat and found that typical bicycles only work on land and have limited storage. They also often found the seat belt, lighting, rusty chains, lack of umbrella, slippery pedals, and flat tires to be challenges. In general, students perceived the utilization and design/materials aspects of typical bicycles as often presenting challenges.
