ALUMINIUM TOOLS

1 CUTTING MACHINE
-Aluminum cutting machine is suitable for cutting various types
of aluminum sections and compatible plastic sections.
-It is highly accurate and conveniently adjustable for (90
degeree-45degeree) sawing.
-The machine is of rigid steel fabricated body construction to
minimize weight and maximize rigidness.
2 BOSCH ALUMINIUM CUTTERS
-It is high cutting efficiency, high overload capacity, stability
even on uneven surfaces robust base with rubber.
3 ALUMINIUM SECTION CUTTING MACHINE
-Use a wood-cutting saw with carbide tipped blades to cut most
aluminum.
-Select a fine toothed blade and don’t cut aluminum with a
wall thickness of more than .64cm (1/4 inch).
-If possible, choose a saw blade that creates narrow kerfs (the
notch or slot made by the saw).
4 GLASS GLUE ADHESIVE
-Loctite glass glue is the only patented super glue specially
formulated for bonding glass.
-Its bonds glass to glass and glass to other materials. Forming
fast and durable joints, the bond is water and heat resistant to
stand up to everyday use.
5 HAND RIVETS
- A hand riveter is a manually operated tool used to install
blind rivets.
- This tool group includes tools which are hand operated
and powered and those that are hand operated and
pneumatically powered.
- Both types are used to install blind rivets and both
function in the same way.
6 SPIRIT LEVEL
-A spirit level is a tool used to indicate how parallel (level) or
perpendicular (plumb) a surface is relative to the earth.
7 MITRE SAW
-A miter saw is a saw used to make accurate crosscuts and
miters in a work piece by pulling a large mounted circular saw
blade down onto a board in a quick motion.
-Miter saws are also commonly referred to as chop saws.
8 UTILTY KNIFES
-A utility knifes sometimes generically called a Stanley knife, is a
knife used for general or utility purposes.
- A utility knife was originally a fixed blade knife was a cutting
edge suitable for general work such as cutting hides and
cordage, scraping hides.
9 AVIATION SNIPS
-Aviation snips also known as compound snips, are ideal for
cutting aluminum and sheet metal.
-Their handless are color coded and it’s not just for decoration.
10 ELECTRIC SHEARS
-The machine may be foot powered commonly hand powered,
or mechanically or hydraulically powered.
-It works by first clamping the materials with a ram .A moving
blade then comes down across a fixed blade to shear the
material.
