HERITAGE AND ART MUSEUM


INTRODUCTION:

• A museum is a place where everyone, with or without qualification, can enter and be inspired
by the stories of our past and present.
• The museum is the way forward to develop mankind. A museum is an institution that cares for
(conserves) a collection of artifacts and other objects of artistic, cultural, historical, or
scientific importance.
• Many public museums make these item available for public viewing through this exhibits that
may be permanent or temporary.
WHY MUSEUM?

• To preserve the past and history of that area.


• People and tourist who visit they should know the art culture of that place.
• In India, architecture along with architects is not celebrated and appreciated by people.
• They are unaware, hoe important architect's contribution is in developing the society.
• There is no place in India where multiple architect's work is preserved, researched and
exhibited on a permanent
• basis thus providing the need to facilitate an architectural museum where students, architects
and common people can
• understand, study and analyse these work
AIM:
To develop an architectural museum with an art gallery, to bridge the gap between art architecture
and society.
OBJECTIVE:

• To study the architecture and design aspects of museum with nature and human.
• To study the visitors experience and circulation pattern in spaces.
• To study the theory of the exhibitions and display unit in art gallery museum.
• To study the techniques and impacts of lighting in museum.
• To understand the spatial use of open and semi-open spaces.
SCOPE:

• Space Integration is the most important pan of museum planning and it's the main scope of
work which can be
• exhibited through circulation pattern and zoning on sheets.
• Natural and artificial lighting is one of the most important aspects of museum planning that
should be catered
• deeply with studying the effects and design aspect of the museum.
• Interior of a museum is as important as the exterior of the museum, so interior details are
very important aspect of
• the museum design Interior details will be the pan of the scope of work.
• Landscaping and Site planning is also one of the aspect which change a boring museum, into a
living being, so
• landscaping is one of the major scope of work which can be exhibited through site plan and
landscape details These
• scopes of work can identify the Limitations of work.
LIMITATION:

• The project does not caters about the deep analysis of structural system and structural detail
as these details are not the main aspects of design.
• The project also doesn't caters about the costing and estimation of the project because it's an
academic project.

2. MULTIPURPOSE CULTURAL CENTRE


INTRODUCTION

• A cultural hub or cultural centre is an organization, building or complex that promotes culture and
art. Cultural centres can be neighbourhood community arts organizations, private facilities,
government sponsored

WHY MULTIPURPOSE?

• going to have various different activities apart from cultural centre like it will also have a shooting
area workshop or a guest houses, dormitories open restaurant, banquet hall. game zones etc.
AIM

• To design a multipurpose cultural hub using architecture as a catalyst for the development of
vanishing cultural values and creating a tourist centre.
OBJECTIVE

• Major intention is to use and utilize the old architectural style and cultures of complete region.
• Also need to focus towards the influence of culture.
• With respect to the overall expenses, utilization of locally available material should be more.
• To know the people social and cultural values of that region with the help of this centre.
• This centre enhance the tourism of that region and also make that place familiar with one and all.
• To increase tourism statistic and also future urban development.
SCOPE

• To create a small tourist hub in baster region to enhance the tourism and also to make that place
familiar with one and all.
• To increase the tourism statistic, and also the future urban development.
LIMITATIONS

• Only focusing towards cultures, architectural styles, art and craft and their local materials

3.IT PARK
INTRODUCTION:

• India has emerged as one of the fastest growing economies of the world during the
1990s mainly because of the remarkable performance of the services sector.
• In India, IT industry have developed over the years and have been a major contributor in
the growth of Indian economy.
• IT industry with its different emerging branches have created vast employment
opportunities by employing both highly skilled manpower in hardware and software
sectors and people with less technical and formal education.
Aim:

• To design an IT Park for maximizing human presence in the life of


technology by giving authenticity to human movement with flexible spaces and dynamism on
the site.
OBJECTIVE:

• To create perceptual condition which allow employers to work effectively.


• To make building an ideal place for work by providing visual communication
• channels to outside.
• To provide an environment with ample open and recreational spaces in and around
• the project.
• To integrate the public and the members of the park to ensure and take care of the
• surrounding ecosystem.
• To provide best infrastructure facility for IT industry under one roof.
SCOPE:

• Mumbai and Pune have been leading in the IT sector not just in the State but also in
the country.
• They are, however, saturated due to massive inter-State and inter-city migration
and catering to the job demands of lakhs of people in Maharashtra and India.
• In order to reduce the burden on cities like Pune and Mumbai, which are saturated
with IT parks, there is need of establishment of IT Hubs in developing cities as well like
Aurangabad, Nashik, Nagpur etc
