PRAISE AWARDS SCHOOL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

S.Y. 2022-2023

I. Background/Rationale

Awards is essential dimensions of accountability and continuous improvement of

learners, teachers and even of stakeholders. It marks can boost your organization’s

reputation. It is the task of every school to contribute to learners, teachers and

stakeholder’s achievement within a year. Giving learners rewards for their efforts

suggests that their hard work is appreciated. This is a powerful mindset to have in

the classroom and can encourage learners to feel better about the work they

complete, as well as themselves. This promotes feelings of pride, which goes hand-

in-hand with happiness. As an accountability and continuous improvement is one

of the roles of the school head to assure their teachers, learners and stakeholders to

address individual supports for the development issues.

Administrators can provide meaningful feedback and direction to teachers that

can have profound effect on. Effective supervision of training is one of the most

critical functions of the administrator. If schools are to provide equal access to

quality educational programs for all learners, administrators must hold teachers

accountable for providing an appropriate and well planned program. These

programs include variety of trainings strategies designed to meet the diverse needs

of all learners in our complex society.

Recognizing learners with awards and certificates make them and their work

stand out which again motivates them and attracts other students to work harder. A

school that takes pride in rewarding its learners for their hard work and

achievement must always be taken into consideration.
