accessibility. It can be difficult for these individuals to navigate through the crowd and
board the bus safely.

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

The detailed understanding of user motivation or need pain areas can be


gathered through qualitative research. To learn about their pain points, I spoke
with two people. These are the queries posed:

When did you start taking the bus to get around?

What did you enjoy most about traveling by bus, exactly?

The difficulties you encounter when taking the bus, or the things you detest?
We currently have a wide variety of technologies. For instance, real-time location
tracking, online ticket purchasing, and many more, am I correct? So, do you have
any ideas for employing these technologies to address the issues you've
encountered while riding the bus?

QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

I did a online survey to get better understanding of users and how they feel i
received more that 50 responses .

people spend 20-30 minutes waiting for the bus .

people who have not booked ticket through some app finds it difficult to track bus.

while travelling to new places finds it difficult to get the information .
