 Rates are per room per night in Saudi Riyals and inclusive of Buffet Breakfast.
 Rates are net and non-commissionable.
 Rates are applicable for weekdays and weekend.
 The hotel has no standard Triple or Quad rooms, although extra beds are available for families.
 This is a limited offer and the hotel reserve the right to change the rates without prior notice.

 Meals prices are per adult/child per meal, per night, Net and Non-commissionable.

CHILDREN POLICY & FAMILY PLANS


Children up to 6 year old sharing parents’ room are free room and meals with a maximum of two
children. Children between 7 & 12 years of age sharing parents’ room will be charged 50% for meals
with free accommodation. Children are 12 years of age and above shall be considered adults

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT


The standard check- in time is after 17:00 hrs and the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs.
Request for Early check-in or late check –out is subject to hotel availability, and will be charged according
the contracted room rate as follow:

 50% for the check–out between 12:00 noon and 18:00 hrs.
 100% for check-out from 18:00 hrs onward

CANCELLATION POLICY
 For individual reservations, in case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the arrival date or in
case of no show, the first night will be charged.

 For groups, one night cancellation fees for the whole group will be charged if cancellation or room
reduction request is received less than 14 days prior to arrival date.

 The total amount of the group will be charged if a cancellation or a room reduction is received
within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
NO SHOW POLICY
In the event of no show on the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
