1. To honor and give due recognition to partners’ contribution and invaluable


support extended to the public school system of Zamboanga del Norte, the Schools
Division Office hereby announces the conduct of Stakeholders’ Forum cum Special
Programs and Projects Awards on April 18, 2023, 9:30 A.M., at Pavilion, Mibang
Hotel, Dipolog City.

2. The expected participants are PSDSs and PICDs (35), Local Chief Executives
(25), District PTA Federated President (35), Partners/Stakeholders from the public
and private sectors, and School Heads and School Coordinators for Special
Programs and Projects (refer to the attached list.)

3. Registration will start at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. AM snacks and lunch
will be provided for the participants.

4. Participants are requested to come wearing their best formal attire.

5. Daily travel expenses of participants shall be charged to Local Funds/


School MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
