CHAPTER 1. INTRODUCTION

1. ASK THE PROBLEM


Research and reference documents reveals the need for a new human resource
management information system to address the company's outdated manual method.
Currently available software doesn't cater to individual enterprise requirements. The
focus is on designing a system for Hung Thinh Real Estate Group to streamline HR
processes, reduce costs, and minimize human and physical strength, ultimately improving
business performance.
1.2 RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
1.2.1 General Objectives
The "Analysis and design of human resource management information system at Hung
Thinh Real Estate Group" aims to assess and evaluate the company's HR management
situation, providing solutions for a suitable system to improve efficiency in records
management, working process management, and staff contracts.
1.2.2 Detail goal
- Conduct a survey of leadership and staff to assess the need for an information system
for human resource management. Collect at least 20 results to assess the current situation,
limitations, difficulties, job completion, and future needs for management and employees.
- Analyze and design a company's human resource management information
system using object-oriented method and UML.
CHAPTER 2. RESEARCH OF DOCUMENTS

2.1. Research proposal


- The topic "Analysis and design of a human resource management information system at
Hung Thinh Real Estate Group" presented in this graduation thesis will be constructed by
object-oriented method and using model language. General modeling of object-oriented
systems - UML. Because the system is analyzed and designed in an object-oriented way,
it will have many advantages such as easier to upgrade because data and functions can be
added to objects easily as the system expands. The program is shorter due to the
elimination of repetitive program segments. Moreover, the system is designed in an
object-oriented way that describes and reflects quite honestly and fully the system.
CHAPTER 3. REASEARCH CONTENT
3.1 Research content
In order to complete the thesis, the following topics need to be studied:
- Learn the organization and operation of Hung Thinh Real Estate Group
- Learn about the company's operations such as salary calculation, timekeeping,
management of social insurance, maternity leave for employees, overtime, allowances for
employees must understand. With these skills, we can build complete software.
- It is necessary to study the needs of the business that may arise in the future so that a
suitable and highly flexible software design solution can be found to meet any changes

- Human resource management is one of the very important jobs, contributing to
determining the success or failure of a company. Due to such practical needs, I
have studied the model of domestic and foreign companies in terms of human
resources. HR management model. Currently, human resource management
software for Hung Thinh Real Estate Group is the model I am targeting to support
human resource management including:
+ Personnel management
+ Manage the payroll of employees in the company.
+ Manage employees’ payroll.
- Human resource management software to serve the management of human
resources, the manager has the ability to cover and administer the personnel,
responsible for providing statistics, periodical and regular reports on the situation
of human resources. company operations. Other specialized stages of human
resources will be handled by staff in the human resources department. Human
resource management will have separate specialized departments for jobs related to
human resources:
+ Department of Human Resource Management: Will perform tasks such as
entering personal information of each employee, entering information about
the department or department...
+ Regime management department: Manage the employee's regimes in the
company such as reward regime, disciplinary regime, maternity regime,
insurance regime...
+ The payroll management department manages employee's salary related
information such as timesheets, overtime, etc.

groups by providing the right to use the functions corresponding to the rights
