FACTS OT THE CASE:


That on or about 1900H 17 February 2023, this station received a report from the victim identified as
Heaven D. Serapicco, of legal age and a resident of Macopa St. Barangay North General Santos City,
revealing that she was sexually abused in Ultimate Super Club Gensan located at President Sergio
Osmena Avenue, General Santos City. Immediately elements of this station composed of PO3 Lucy V.
Vitton, and PO2 Versace P. Hermes proceeded at the above-mentioned conduct investigation.
According to the investigation, at around 2:00 am of February 17, 2023 inside Ultimate Super Club
comfort room, Heaven Serapicco, was sexually abused with carnal knowledge. Bonifacio G. Buenavista,
22 years old, a resident of Barangay Lagao, General Santos City, ask Heaven and her friends to went to
the club. The friends agreed and went to the club to have some alcoholic drinks.
After a few hours some of Heaven’s friends are getting drunk, and can no longer with Heaven to
accompany her into the comfort room when she ask them. Therefore, Heaven ask Bonifacio to
accompany her into the comfort room since she was already tipsy. Bonifacio agreed to accompany her.
The victim stated that Bonifacio push her inside the comfort room and start to kiss her in the neck,
pushed her on the wall, remove her shorts and underwear, and had intercourse with her without her
consent.
Afterwards, Heaven went inside with the alleged perpetrator’s boxer shorts, and ask her friends to
accompany her to the police station to report the incident despite of being drunk.
The complainant was advised to submit herself to medical examination.

FACTS OT THE CASE:
That on February 14, 2023, Valentine’s Day, around 10:30 O’clock in the evening at Pendatun
Avenue, General Santos City Police Station 1 received a report from Greenleaf Hotel management,
about a shooting incident occur inside the hotel room in Greenleaf Hotel Gensan located at San Miguel
St. General Santos City, The victim was identified to be Christine B. Sebandra, 26 years old, single and
a resident of Barangay Bula, General Santos City. The incident was reported by the hotel management.
Immediately elements of this station composed of PO3 Luvy G. Poe, and PO2 Benidict M. Mahinay
proceeded at the above-mentioned conduct investigation.
Initial investigation revealed that around 9:00 am Christine Sebandra checked in to the hotel together
with Henry L. Guico and occupy the room 203. The witness described the two as couple and allegedly
celebrate the Valentine’s Day inside the hotel. Around 8:35 pm, Courtney K. Guico went to the hotel
straight to the room no. 203 where the two above-named person occupy. She open the door forcefully
and caught her husband having sex with Christine Sebandra. Courtney pulled her 45 caliber pistol and
shoot the mistress in the head 3 consecutive times, causing to her immediate death.
Courtney revealed that she had been following her husband and her mistress for the past few
months, she gathered a lot of evidences and waiting for a chance to caught them on the act. “dugay na
nako na sila ginasundan, kapila na nako na gi warningan ang babae na mupalayo sa akung bana,
niabot na sa punto na nagpakilouy ko sa iyaha para lang undangun niya ilahang relasyon pero wala jud
naminaw, in fact gainang alas syete gisendan ko niyag picture nila sa akung bana na gatapad diri sulod
sa hotel to insult me, and my children”. She admitted that after viewing the photos that Christine
forwarded she went straight to the hotel with her firearm and shoot her husband’s mistress in the head.
“Nagdulom akung panan-aw tungod sa kasuko ug kahout sa akung duhan gikuha nako akung pistol ug
ako syang gipusil.” According to her she never regret what she did. That she and her children suffered
too much due to her husband’s affair.
Case still on progress.

FACTS OT THE CASE:


That on October 16, 2021. At exactly 6:30 pm, this station received a report from a concerned citizen
about the stabbing and beating incident in front of KCC mall located at Jose Catolico Sr. Avenue,
General Santos City, one of the driver was seriously beaten and was stabbed two times in the abdomen.
The victim was known to be Pablito G. Macapuno, 29 years old, married and a resident of Barangay
Kawas, Alabel, Sarangani Province. Immediately elements of this station composed of PO3 Carmen B.
Bano, and PO2 Darren B. Espalto proceeded at the above-mentioned conduct investigation.
According to the initial investigation, at around 5:30 pm in front of KCC mall the two tricycle drivers got
into a huge fight. The misunderstanding begins when Ryan B. Moran, 33 years old, married a resident of
Barangay Bula, General Santos City, attempted to convince the victim’s passenger to ride in his tricycle
instead. Pablito got angry and confronted Ryan for what he did. The two got into a huge fight, Ryan beat
Pablito and stabbed him in the abdomen two times.
The victim was immediately taken to SOCSARGEN County Hospital, and currently recovering from
his wound and bruises.
The victim was advised to submit his medical records.

FACTS OT THE CASE:


That on January 30, 2022. At exactly 4:30 pm, this station received a report from a certain Ara Mia H.
Gopa, according to her, husband was shoot in the head inside their house by an unidentified gunman.
The victim was identified be Jimmy T. Gopa, 28 years old, married and a resident of Barangay North
General Santos City. Immediately elements of this station composed of PO3 Eudora B. Smurf, and PO2
Helcurt T. Dimaala proceeded at the above-mentioned conduct investigation.
Investigation revealed that on January 30 Friday, around 3 pm, at Pili St. Barangay North, General
Santos City. The victim was inside their premises cleaning and washing his car when the gunman
stopped by and went inside and shoot the victim in the head four times, According to the victim’s wife,
her husband had been receiving death threat from an unknown number lately, the victim never mind it
and thinks that it was just a mere prank from someone to make fun of him. Ara Mia even suggested to
report this threat to the authority but the victim declined since it was a waste of time for him.
The victim was taken to the hospital and declared to be dead upon the arrival. The suspect is still
unidentified as of the moment. The Police Officers assigned to this case is still reviewing the CCTV
footage from the victim’s premises, and motive of the crime still unknown.

FACTS OT THE CASE:


At around 12 in the midnight, February 27, 2021, this station received a report from a certain Emily B.
Redouble, about a stabbing incident occur during the a Debut pary at Barangay Apopong, General
Santos City. This station identified the victim as Analyn Bantillo Redouble, 40 years old. Immediately
elements of this station composed of PO3 Lendee B. Awe, and PO2 Jestonie T. Manlangit proceeded at
the above-mentioned conduct investigation.
Investigation revealed that On February 27, 2021, evening, she was wounded on the left side of
her shoulder after getting stabbed by the suspect named Noel Bartillo Pagalan, 36-years old, married
and a driver resides at Purok 2 extension, Brgy. Apopong. The suspect stabbed her own sister out
anger, his anger occur when everyone in his table was called for the 18 roses of his niece and dance
except him who was left on the table alone. The suspect admitted that he went to the kitchen where he
found the knife and used as weapon to stab the victim. He indeed stabbed the victim three times on her
left shoulder, he claims that the range he experiences has prevented him from thinking clearly and be
rational.
The victim was taken to Diagan Hospital, luckily there is no serious complications occur from the
wound. She was already discharge from the hospital. The suspect was already apprehended by the
members of Barangay Police Action Team (BPAT) and was turned over to the police station 1.
