Coach Steve’s Daily Rituals

1. Visualization & gratitude while lying in bed. This is my priming; I start with focusing on what I’m grateful for,
starting with myself and God in the middle, and then spiraling out with: My family; Close friends; RRI; My
clients; My mission. clock 2 min

2. As I get up from bed, I do my vital breathing, which is inhaling and exhaling from my nose. clock 1 min

3. As I brush my teeth, floss and wash up, I listen to Tony. I’m feeding my mind through motivation &
inspiration. clock 3 min

4. I go to the kitchen, pour a glass of water and squeeze in some lemon. (alkalize) clock 1 min

5. I jump on my rebounder (moving my lymph fluid) for a few minutes while doing incantations. clock 3-4 min

6. I hit the floor, stretch out and crack my back. I stand up and do some arm stretches. I do 3 sets of 23-25
pushups (physical pump & engaging physiology). clock 5 min

7. Put on some inspirational music and jump into a cold shower with energy. I might do another set of
incantations. clock 5 min
