Ans. Personality is the characteristic sets of behaviours, cognitions, and emotional patterns
that evolve from biological and environmental factors. While there is no generally agreed
upon definition of personality, most theories focus on motivation and psychological
interactions with the environment one is surrounded by.
Question 2. Define SWOT. How will you convert Weakness into Strength? (PASS)
Ans: - SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. We can use
these four areas as a framework to identify what could help or hinder our personal
development. If we don't analyse our SWOT, it is unlikely we will succeed in achieving our
goals.
The weakness analysed can be converted into a strength by identifying them and
then making possible plans and actions for removing those weaknesses.
2. For instance, one may have the weakness of getting anxious if he is unable to meet
his deadline.
Ans: -There are three main influences on personality development that we are going
to look at in this lesson. Those are heredity, environment, and situation. Heredity:
This refers to the influences on your personality that you are born with. They are in
your genes and there is not much you can do to change these traits.
Question 4. Define Perception, Emotional Intelligence and its impact in one’s Personal

Ans: - Perception defines an individual. An individual's perception about life and things will
make you understand his attitude towards life in general. It also determines his or her
character in general. While emotional intelligence is a person's ability to react to his
emotions according to his intelligence.
Question5. Why do you think Time has to be managed? (PASS)
Ans: - Good time management allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time,
which leads to more free time, which lets you take advantage of learning opportunities,
lowers your stress, and helps you focus, which leads to more career success. Each benefit of
time management improves another aspect of your life.
Question6. Talk about your daily Routine & make a DAILY HALF HOUR TIME LOG SHEET.

Ans.:- I wake up around at 4 to 5 am. I get freshen up and go for a walk the walk takes 45
minutes then I come home around 6:15 and make my breakfast and eat it. After that I study
(English grammar) for an hour from 7 to 9 am. I go to the institute at 11:30 am Come back
home at 1:30 then I relax for a while and start preparing for my lunch and eat. Then I come
to the bedroom and watch youtube videos (English communication related and speeches),
content and write answers and practice, reading books at 5 pm to 9 pm. And after dinner
again I study at 10 to 12 pm because at night it's peaceful ambience. The weather is cool i
study or listening English speeches till I am sleepy. And I also prepare for the other
competitive exam and finally at 12:00 I am off to bed.
Question 7. What are the Time wasters and how to overcome them? (PASS)
Ans: - Root out procrastination. This may be the worst time waster of all.
Know what must come next. Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize.
Limit your meetings.
Give your people time to be strategic enablers of business.
Eliminate distractions. ...
Embrace work/life balance.
Question 8. During your class Activity how you manage your time, What Sort of Typical
barriers you face and how you overcome them. (PASS)
Ans: - According to me during class activities i use to be present minded as well take part in
it consciously ....... typical barriers like disturbance of enemy as well as they too interupt us
in our speech and to ovecome it just ignore them n if its much then u may tell them freely .
Question 9. Define Leadership.(PASS)
Ans. :- Leadership, both as a research area and as a practical skill, encompasses the ability
of an individual, group or organization to "lead", influence or guide other individuals, teams,
or entire organizations. The word "leadership" often gets viewed as a contested term.
Ans:- Setting goals. A leader's most important function is to set goals for team members to
encourage them to work confidently and enthusiastically.
Organising.
Take initiatives.
Cooperation among employees.
Motivation and direction.
Liaison between workers and management.

Ans. :- Open self personality is a personality in which a person is well aware of his own
strengths, weaknesses, his abilities and other people around him- can be his team members
or ones he interacts with- are well aware of those. An open personality is not mysterious or
hidden or even deluded.
Ans:- Transactional analysis (TA) is a psychoanalytic theory and method of therapy wherein
social interactions (or “transactions”) are analyzed to determine the ego state of the
communicator (whether parent-like, childlike, or adult-like) as a basis for understanding
behavior.

Ans: :- External motivation is a driving force, which triggers a person in achieving the set
goal such as prize and money, where as internal motivation is the force, which boosts a
person to accomplish the set goal due to personal desire or satisfaction such as starting a
business and performing to the fullest in the given

Ans: - The Positive emotions are joyful, loving and peaceful. On the other hand, the negative
emotions are sadness, anger and jealousy.

Ans: - It is very necessary to apply the concepts of motivation in various institutions and
organization to increase their performance and make it possible to increase the level of
production. Behaviour changing and rehab institutions to enable them to adopt keenly with
the external environment.

Ans: - Most commonly these barriers will include issues like inefficiency,
overwhelm, interruptions, lack of prioritising, and not setting limits. By taking some simple
steps to manage these challenges you can become much calmer and more effective.
Question 8.Which leadership function do you think is most important and justify your
choice. (MERIT)
Ans :- A leader's most important function is to set goals for team members
to encourage them to work confidently and enthusiastically. They also then make strategies
to achieve those goals. Their motive is to create a roadmap for their team members to how
to direct them on the right path and help them achieve the set goals.
In wheel pattern, there is a leader at the center of all communication. All others are
members that stand at the same level in the structure. Here, all members can communicate
with the leader and vice versa. But, members cannot interact with each other.
Question 11. What are Ego states? Which Ego state do you operate most often? (MERIT)
Ans :- .Ego States are consistent patterns of feeling, thinking and behaviour that we all
possess. Transactional Analysis identifies three Ego States, called Parent, Adult, and Child.
This is not about actual parents, adults and children, but about different ways of
experiencing.

Ans :- Identify Your Wants and Desires. If you don't know where you are going, you will

Ans :- Personality development helps you develop an impressive personality and makes
you stand apart from the rest. Personality development also plays an essential role in
improving one's communication skills. Individuals ought to master the art of expressing their
thoughts and feelings in the most desired way.

Ans :-
Emotional (Get short tempered quickly) - Perform meditation.
Overeating (Eat huge amount of oily and deep fried foods) – Do regular exercise.
Playing mobile games – Divert my mind and spend time in outdoor games.
Lack of interest in studies – pay proper attention while teachers take class.
Saying lies – Control mind and practice saying truth always in each situation.
To succsessfully change your attitude, do things that help you feel good about
yourself and others. Action creates change. Make positive statements to yourself,
take action based on these statements, and outlook on life will change.

Ans. :- Thinking rationally about the emotion before taking an action , Emotional decisions
usually result in taking incorrect actions. For example being angry can motivate you to do
something that you regret later. By thinking rationally before acting you will become more
emotionally intelligent.
Being able to accept criticism and responsibility.
Being able to move on after making a mistake.
Being able to say no when you need to.
Being able to share your feelings with others.
Being able to solve problems in ways that work for everyone.
