Ans: ‘’statement of intent’’ demonstrate an organization commitment to, and sets


organizational for H&S.
‘’ organization’’ section identifies the health & safety responsibilities &
channels of communication within the organization.
‘’ Arrangements’’ section deals the practical means for achieving the
objectives laid down in the policy statement.

2. Outline the issues that are typically included in the arrangements section of a
health and safety policy?
Ans: Following are the typically issues can be included in arrangement are
