Role of Software Engineer:

Responsibilities of Software Engineer :

Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)

Strong programming fundamentals & Proficiency in software


engineering tools

Analyze user requirements

Write well-designed, testable code

Write/Refine and test code

Research, Design and Write new software programs.

Develop existing programs by analysing and identifying areas


for modification

Integrate existing software products and get incompatible


platforms to work together

Create technical specifications

Write operational documentation with technical authors

Maintain systems by monitoring and correcting software


defects

Continuous learning/upskilling technical knowledge and


expertise through in-house and external certifications.

Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

Experience designing interactive application

Experience developing web applications using at least one


popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)

Excellent written and verbal communication
