INTRODUCTION

A. Background

In this era of world development, many types of businesses are being

started by business people to gain attractive profits, and many companies are
successful thanks to being involved in the world of the food industry. Based
on observations, currently the Coffee Shop business is increasingly popular.
Especially for young people. It can be concluded that this business is very
promising. JDon't forget to be prepared to face risks, where the business risk
is profit or loss. The greater the profit, the greater the risk.

The most important thing is to dare to try and start. It's better to try
and fail than to fail and not try. Because what often gets worse is the
consideration of the café business because nowadays cafés are very popular

IV. MARKETING ASPECTS

A. Strategy
The marketing strategies that we will later implement can be seen in
the following list:
 Prioritize product quality.
Even though the price of coffee is relatively more expensive
than similar products, the taste and aroma of coffee can satisfy
consumers. This will be an advantage of the coffee shop. On the other
hand, a quality product like this will actually provide a delicious taste
and be easy to like. Conditions like this will make the coffee shop
quickly known and gain its own market share.

 Able to become a "Third House"

Convenience is always an important point for most people,
including those who like drinking coffee. Some people don't just come
and buy coffee, but they want to stay a while and enjoy a relaxing time
in a coffee shop. Also as a place to socialize and discuss, especially for
students. This unique and calming experience and atmosphere is a very
strong concept, so that consumers feel very attracted to your Coffee
Shop.

 Customer satisfaction
Customers who get the best service and quality products will
certainly enjoy every second of their time in the coffee shop.

 Innovation
Create creative and innovative ideas in adding product or service
options. They add different flavors to their coffee, add food menus,
and also provide a fresh touch to the appearance of the coffee shop
which can also be done periodically.

 Location Selection
When choosing a location, choose certain areas so that it is very
easy to find on city streets. For example, around campuses, offices or
tourist attractions.

 Take Advantage of Social Media

Two ways to strengthen your presence on social media, namely by
increasing engagement on social media and advertising. Post every
day on all social media accounts and continue promotions by regularly
increasing quizzes with coffee vouchers or other giveaways.

 Hold special promotions at certain times

Hold special promotions for certain moments, such as Valentine's
Day or New Year. Creating a buy 1 get 1 free program, discount
vouchers of up to 50% specifically for birthdays, and others.Display
these various promotional offers on social media, so that more people
see and are interested.

 Create a website
A brand that has a website will strengthen coffee shop brand
awareness in the community. Create attractive designs and content,
also enliven your website with photos of the food and drink menus
served, as well as price information, as well as include educational
articles about coffee and culinary delights.

B. Sales Plan
The sales factor is an important thing to pay attention to, because this
is how we introduce the products we sell, and determine the development of
our business. So for our own sales, in terms of promotion, we prefer social
media as a means of promotion that we will carry out. As well as to introduce
the business place that we will establish, we will hold an event to enliven our
coffee shop. By providing musical equipment for bands or singers who want
to make their name known. For product marketing, we will also provide
special prices for students. So it will suit students' pockets.

And restore enthusiasm that was previously reduced. Therefore, to reduce the
poverty rate in Indonesia, we intend to create employment opportunities by setting up
a coffee shop business.
The coffee shop that we will establish is not much different from coffee shops
in general. What makes this coffee shop different is that we will provide education
about coffee knowledge and how to brew it. Open seminars about coffee at this
school and other schools that want it. Hopefully with the capital to set up this place of
