OMB production facilities are equipped with

state of the art machineries including CNC,
TRANSFER, MULTISPINDLE machines,
assisted by automatic loading and unloading
robots.
Brass and Aluminium bodies are daily
produced by transfer machines with turning
jaws ranging from 5 to 15 electro spindle
units, while more complex or difficult shapes
are machined on CNCs insuring high quality Mixing OMB high technology with reliability and efficiency of OMB R&D staff,
and precision. CONCEPTS and IDEAS coming form our customers’ drawings find their CONCRETE
REALISATIONS or can be developed in co-design with specific studies on the most
efficient and cost-effective solutions for the customer. OMB also offers complete
assistance in the process of testing and certification with the approval bodies.

The internal tooling manufacturing gives OMB

autonomy and flexibility. Each production area
is linked to an automatic system of TOOL
PRESETTING which ensures durability and
LONG LIFE-TIME tool PRESERVATION. Each
tool is electronically classified and located in
an automatic warehouse.
