The name of the company is AKIAH company ,this company produce a sweet delicacy
business, and after some research about some a create business, our company found
out that sweet delicacy business is one of the leading and rising business in Philippines.
Keeping this in our mind, our company stablish a new flavor of tart. The company
owners want a unique but have a great taste. The company owner are Hannah Mae
Belleza, Imee Claire Brita, Alrich Jay Lopez, Adelyn Beringuela, Kimberly Malbog, who
are currently studying in San Rafael National High School taking Technical Vocational
Livelihood (TVL).

The company use raw material to make the product more efficiency and less finance.
But even the company use some ingredient which is low price ,the company make sure
the product is marketable and good in taste.

The company owners decided to create partnership type of business organization


where all partners share the success and the downfall of the business.

 LOCATION OF BUSINESS

Bayan Grande Goa Camarines Sur in Goa
Terminal. We find a place where we know the product of our company will be grow
more, we choose the ‘terminal” because that place have everything its near to the
people that the company target. The company can be seen too in online platform;
because of COVID 19 the people are buying there needed at online shops ,this shop
can be founde in thre own pages with username @ BROWNIESTARTAKIAH.

 FUNDING REQUIREMENT AND SOURCE OF FOUNDS

The company found the source in found by the contribution money of the company
owner. The company knows that the contributing is not enough to sustain the needed in
company ;so the company decided to have some depth so that they have enough
money while having this business.

The company counted how much the money they need in this product ,the result of the
computation is one thousand ,because the owner have shortage in money they make a
depth ,The money they depth will be using the other resources and needed.

The company was substantiating in the year 2022.the company founded and based in
Goa Terminal, were dedicated to keeping AKIAH store in a place where we know that
many people will buy our product. We believe this focus will help us appeal to our
neighbor food business and build a valued, authentic business.

The company offers high quality tart, it’s delicious and within budget, we ensure that
the flaws of producing tart is organized so that we can give to our customers what’s the
best.

Our company exists because we want to serve and offer a product that have a unique
and affordable price brownies tart.

Our company wants to target individual, we treat them as our visitors that can
remember our product even where they are; They will going to remember the high
quality with a affordable price brownies tart.

PROMOTION

The company use tarpaulin and a flyer to advertised and promote our product, we put
the tarpaulin within our store; we print the flyers ang gives it to the tourist our even
ordinary people who is awaking in front of our store. We also offer free taste to our
customer to gain mare attraction to our customer.

PEOPLE

 Chief executive officer (CEO)-The CEO is the representative leader of the


corporation. This person takes on the task of being the head of the company.

 Cashier-will be the one who sell the product.

 Chief operating officer (COO)-The COO focus in one company operations. This
person works alongside the CEO to manage daily tasks.

 Sales officer-The sales officer will be responsible for the profitability of the
branch.

 Chief financial officer (CFO)-The CFO is charge of the corporation’s budget and
works to make sure all of the finances balance properly in the company.

 Product officer- The product officer will be encourage in the production team to
manage and execute the product project.

 Manager -The manager is in charge in leading the company.

 Secretary -This individual records all important business decision during board or
shareholder meeting. Other employee-The other employee is in charge to help in
making the product

MARETING PLAN

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Brownies tart is a sweet delicacy; Pastry or the tart is made by plain flour, unsalted
butter, sugar, salt and egg yolk. For making the filling or the brownies we need to have
chocolate, unsalted butter, sugar, plain flour, vanilla, and egg. This product choose by
the owner because this have a health benefits like: the flour use is one source of
carbohydrates which provides energy for our bodies. Baked foods may also include
eggs or milk which are protein. The owner loves chocolate so that they decided to make
a different flavor of tart which is rare in our province and this is one of the reason why
our product is deferent in other.

PACKAGING
Packaging is one of the reason why our costumers attract in our product, its very
important to use great packaging so that our customer buy again in us. The owner of
the company decided to use a box that is capable to cover the brownies tart we made
and put a label in the cover of the box to make a great impact to our customer.
