The Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited
(DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications and who are ready to work
at the Marine Storage Terminal Project (MST) at Chongoleani.

1.0. Position – Architect. (01 post)


1.1. Qualifications: -

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from recognized institution..


 Registered with the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board (AQRB).
 Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Tanzania.
 The ability to diagram designs both manually and with computer-aided drafting.
 An excellent working knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
 Strong analytical, critical, and problem-solving skills.
 Current knowledge of industry trends, technology, codes, and regulations.
 Experience of not less than 3 years in construction industry.
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe
Creative Suite, Newforma, etc

1.2. Responsibilities: -

 Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.


 Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and
reliably.
 Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
 Establishing project goals.
 Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
 Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
 Participating in site visits.
 Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
 Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
 Consulting with project management on building projects.

1.3. Duration

The Contract shall be for a specific task for the entire constructions period of the project.

1.5. Place of Work & Residency

The place of work for this position shall be Chongoleani ward in Tanga city. Daqing Oilfield
Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) will provide food and camp
accommodations in our temporary facilities for these position.It is mandatory for individual
selected for this position to utilize the camp accommodations.

African Time (EAT). Email applications should include the position applied for in the
subject of the mail.

NOTE: For these positions, applicants from other parts of Tanzania are not required to
stamp their application letters at the Chongoleani Ward office; only natives of the
Chongoleani Ward are eligible to do so.

1.0. Nafasi – Msanifu Majengo (Nafasi 01)

1.1. Sifa za muombaji: -

 Shahada au shahada ya uzamili katika usanifu majengo kutoka chuo kinachotambulika.


 Awe amesajiliwa na Bodi ya Usajili wa Wabunifu Majengo na Wakadiriaji Majenzi (AQRB).
 Mwenye ufahamu wa kanuni na taratibu za ujenzi Tanzania.
 Mwenye uwezo wa kubuni na kuandaa michoro kwa kutumia programu za kompyuta au njia
nyingine za uchoraji.
 Mwenye maarifa mzuri katika sayansi, hisabati, na kanuni za kihandisi.
 Mwenye uwezo mkubwa wa uchambuzi, tathmini na utatuzi wa matatizo.
 Awe na habari za kisasa kuhusu mwenendo, teknolojia, kanuni na taratibu za tasnia
 Uzoefu usiopungua miaka 3 katika sekta ya ujenzi.
 Ujuzi wa kutumia programu kama Microsoft Office,AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,
Newforma, n.k.

1.2. Majukumu ya kazi:

 Kubuni, kuchambua na kubadilisha mipango, maumbile au muundo wa majengo.


 Kuhakikisha kuwa mipango ya ujenzi, maumbile, na muundo wa majengo inafanya kazi kwa
usalama, ufanisi na uhakika.
 Kusaidia wafanyakazi wengine kufikia malengo ya mradi, bajeti, na ratiba za kazi.
 Kuweka malengo ya mradi.
 Kutambua na kutatua matatizo katika mipango, maumbile,na muundo wa majengo.
 Kuhakikisha mifumo ya ujenzi na majengo inafanya kazi, inatekelezwa kwa salama.
 Kushiriki katika matembezi na ziara za eneo la mradi/ujenzi.
 Kufanya vipimo na tathmini ya mifumo ya majengo ili kupata matatizo na kuboresha.
 Kusoma, kutafsiri, na kuelezea nyaraka za kiufundi/kihandisi.
 Kushauriana na uongozi wa mradi juu ya miradi ya ujenzi.

1.5 Sehemu ya Kazi na Makazi.

Sehemu ya kazi kwa nafasi hii itakuwa eneo la Chongoleani katika jiji la Tanga. Kampuni ya
Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG) itatoa malazi na chakula
kwa ajili ya nafasi hii. Watakaofanikiwa kwenye nafasi watalazimika kuishi kwenye kambi ya
wafanyakazi.

1.6. Njia ya Maombi.

Tuma maombi kwa Afisa Rasilimali Watu wa Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company
Limited (DOCG) kupitia Ofisi ya Kata Chongoleani iliyopo ndani ya jiji la Tanga (Hii ni kwa
wakazi wa Jiji la Tanga na jamii uliyozunguka Chongoleani) au kwa barua pepe
[email protected] (Kwa waliopo nje ya Jiji la Tanga) mnamo au kabla ya tarehe 22 Disemba
2023 saa 17:00 kamili jioni (Saa za Afrika Mashariki). Maombi yatakayotumwa kwa barua
pepe ni lazima yaoneshe nafasi uliyoomba kwenye kichwa cha barua pepe.

ZINGATIA: Kwa nafasi hizi, waombaji kutoka maeneo mengine ya Tanzania hawatakiwi
kupiga muhuri barua zao za maombi katika Ofisi Kata ya Chongoleani; Ni wenyeji tu wa
Kata ya Chongoleani wanaostahili kufanya hivyo.
