Consumer Credit Disclosure
This document provides information about us, the products we offer, the services we provide, what
we charge for our services, who regulates us and what to do if you have a complaint.
Blue Motor Finance Limited (Blue) is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
(FCA), the independent regulator of financial services, under firm reference number 737682. You can
check this on the FCA's website www.FCA.gov.uk/register or by contacting the FCA on 0300 500
8082.
We offer a non-advised service, meaning we cannot give you advice or make product
recommendations. We will ask some questions to help in our assessment of the information you
provide to us and we will present a product or products relevant to your requirements. You will then
need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
For a customer we are not able to lend to directly, Blue is authorised to act as a Credit Broker and
offer a limited number of finance products from a selected panel of lenders.
We do not charge a fee for introducing you to a partner finance company or for managing your
application. However, we would typically receive a commission payment from the finance company
for introducing you as a customer and, where you have been introduced to Blue by a third party, we
would typically pay a commission to that introducing party.
The partner finance companies that we work with, typically pay commission at different rates.
However, the commission we receive does not affect the amount that you pay the finance company
under a credit agreement.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know. Our aim is to
resolve complaints by the close of three business days. Where that's not possible, we will write to
you within 5 working days.

Financial Ombudsman Service
If you are not satisfied with our final response or 8 weeks have passed since you first raised your
complaint, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
FOS was set up by Parliament to provide a free independent review service. You will not be able to
refer your complaint to the FOS if you have not contacted us first.
