Our Products are manufactured to quality and standards comply with ISO 9001:2015. With manufac-
turing facilities operating from the heart of the United Arab Emirates, where centralized order processing
ensures the same quality of service regardless of ordering point or final destination. Arabian cable manage—
ment systems are designed and manufactured to carry all types of cables. They provide a safe way to carry
large number of cables and wires over a considerable distance between their starting and termination points.
The cable support systems are used to support various types of cables in power sector, high rise building as
well as for optic fiber cables. Cable Management Systems carry a specific number of cables of specific load
safely over a span between two supports. The load capabilities, support span requirements, deflection
criteria, site installation problems have been carefully considered by our design department while designing
the entire product range. CNC Technology is used to maintain the quality and finish of the products while
manufacturing.

The raw materials used are Carbon Steel, COR-TEN A Steel, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel
316L, Aluminium, GRP and Wire Mesh, The Basic surface coatings are Hot Dip Galvanized Zinc After
Fabrication (HDGAF) complied BS EN ISO 1461(formerly 729), Pregalvanized / Continuously Hot Dip
Galvanized Sheet Finish (normal steel grade is Z 275) complied BS EN ISO 10142 (formerly 2989), Electro
galvanizing, Epoxy Coating and Powder Coating. The standard Length of all straight sections is set to 3
meters.

Arabian Cable Trays
Arabian Cable Trays are manufactured as per BS EN 61537:2002. The length of the straight section is set to a
standard as 3 Meter. The slot size of the cable trays is 25x8 mm in oblong shape. The standard accessories of the cable
trays are in Gusset Type.

Material Finish: GI/Pre Galvanized as per BS EN 10142, Hot Dip Galvanized complied BS EN ISO 1461(formerly 729},
SS 316L. SS 304, Aluminium, Epoxy polyester Powder Coating any RAL coloi:

Handling and Storage
The Cable Tray must store in a dry, well vemilated conditions and away from dust to preserve appearance for
internal installations. All cut edges of cable tray at site should be protected by applying zinc rich peint to avoid further
corrosion. Cable Tray cannot be used es a walkway and not supposed to withstand unusual excessive point toads.
Commercial tolerance on thickness is applicable.
Arabian Cable Trunkings
Arabian Cable trunking Systems are manufactured as per BS EN 4678 part — 1. All the covers are fitted with
quick turnbcfckle for fixing the cover. The standard accessories of the cable trunkings are in Gusset Type. The standard
length of a cable trunking straight Section is set to 3 Meters. Trunking straight section supplied with cover, plate
coupler in pairs and fasteners.

Material Finish: GI/Pre Galvanized as per BS EN 10142, Hot Dip Galvanized complied BS EN ISO 1461 (formerly 729},
SS 316L, SS 304, Aluminium, Epaxy polyester Powder Coating any RAL color.

Arabian Cable Ladders
Arabian Cable Ladders are designed and manufactured for heavy duty cable laying and as per the industrial
standards. The standard run8 spacing of cable ladder is 300 mm. The rungs are heavy duty strut channels which
provides a heavy support to the cables even in wider ladders Arabian Cable Ladder is having maximum cable loading
depth by fixing rungs at the lowest point of side rails.
Material Finish: GI/Pre Galvanized as per BS EN l0142, Hot Dip Galvanized complied BS EN ISO 1461(formerly
729), SS 316L, SS 304, Aluminium, EpoXy polyester Powder Coating any RAL color.

Arabian Strut Systems
The standard size of the strut channels are 41 x 4l mm and 41 x21 mm and is manufactured in two types;
Slotted Channels and Plain Channels. The slot size of the channel is 25 « 12 mm

GRP Cable Management Systems
Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP/FRP) Cable Management Systems are the latest addition in the cable manage-
ment sector The main advantages of GRP Trays are, it is lighter than metallic cable management systems (50 - 5096
lighter), extremely corrosive resistant even in chemical environment, easy to cut, drill and install resistant to electromag-
netic waves and very low cost to life ratio. The G9P Cable management systems doesn't required any earthing connec—
tion and there will not be any heat transmission from tray to the cables when exposed to direct sunlight. Arabian GRP
Cable Management System is manufactured using the pultrusion process. The Arabian GRP systems are manufactured
as per IEC 61537. The Standard length of a GRP cable management straight section is set 3 MTR length.

Arabian Wire Mesh/Wire Basket Cable Management System is mant+factured as per BS EN 61537. The length
