Business needs
Describe the current situation of the market where the Supermarket is part applying at least two tools of those
provided in the references of Unit 1

The supermarket currently does not have positioning strategies that ensure competitiveness in the market,
which implies that it must make a drastic change which will allow it to begin to position itself. To implement
the strategies, it is necessary to have an evaluation of internal factors such as loc clients, lor standardized
processes, logistics and externals that make the market modifiable.

Case Background
Describe the current situation of the Supermarket, such as main problems, numbers, technological changes, or
infrastructure changes, etc.

The daily supermarket is recognized for price and quality, it has two major competitors in the municipality's
market, which is why it must begin to venture into innovation and marketing strategies. It has several factors
to improve, such as the logistics and distribution process. which causes high costs and loss of products, in the
technology area it must improve since currently the entire process is done manually through his daughter or
the collaborator who keeps all the records of income and expenses and product innovation. since the other
two chains offer much more variety and some of those products are much cheaper.

Key stakeholders
List any key stakeholders who are relevant for the situation of the Supermarket, whether internal or external,
such as those affected but not directly involved, for example a supplier, an employee, etc. Also, imagine which
should be their requirements to keep making businesses with the Supermarket.

STAKEHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

CUSTOMER SERVICE Supermarket employees must be trained in customer service, so that


they have a clear PQRS attention and resolution process.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY The supermarket and its collaborators must have a Hygiene and Safety
SYSTEM System in the handling of items.

SUPPLIERS Suppliers must have a schedule and product distribution process, as well
as a payment plan and due order.

PERSONAL RESOURCES AREA The supermarket must implement a human resources area, which deals
with affiliations, disabilities, reports to ARL and hiring.

FACILITIES The supermarket must implement a human resources area, which deals

MARKETING You must implement a marketing area which will allow you to be at the
level of the competition and according to the needs of the company.

2. CASE REQUIREMENTS

Statement of requirements
Specify the goals that the Supermarket must achieve to fulfill the business needs and being successful.

 Cover a need immediately and safely, providing a good experience to the user during their purchase.

 They are the ultimate purposes to which a company is directed and serve to establish the actions and

plans to be carried out to achieve these goals.

Strategic alignment
Describe or propose strategic direction for the Supermarket according to the business needs: Mission, Vision,
Values

3. CONCLUSIONS
In the context of the case study, according to the information of Business Case Part I, students include their
links of videos with the case identification from Activity 3 in the guide, also write on their own words a
conclusion of one paragraph of 100 words explaining the results for the Diamond Supermarket including the
