Additionally.TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Work / Purchase order is to be issued in favor of Shivom Technologies Pvt.Ltd.


2. Institution have to pay 50% advance payment at the time of work order by cheque
and remaining 50% will have to pay at the time of delivery of software in favor of
Shivom Technologies Pvt.Ltd.
3. Work / Purchase order is mandatory to start development process.
4. Any new development to be charged as mentioned, the scope as indicate should not
increase, if done there would be revision of project estimate and/or reworking of the
contract.
5. Both Parties reserve the rights to share the project activities outcome, logo, impact
data, name in each other publications and business development literatures as well
as through papers/presentations/videos in various public forums, books, magazine,
website, etc.
6. Company will provide 24 X 7 remote support for technical assistance to institution. If
Institution needs physical technical support then extra charges of Rs. 4000/ Day will
apply extra.
7. If institution needs new module requirement and services other than proposed
module then extra cost will be applicable and company will submit new quotation
for the same.
