10. Please provide a comment to let the student know of any weakness they can work on, and/or any strength to commend:

I think Meshan needs to work on her confidence which has to be something all graduates need to work on. We wouldn't want them to be overly confident. I
think confidence will lead to quicker turn around times. She is very enjoyable to work with and will be an asset to any department of her choosing.
