Task Purpose:
To explore personal and learning goals and outline effective strategies to achieve them.

Task Description:
Explore your goals and the strategies that you can employ to achieve these goals. Make sure that your goals are
SMART. Each goal needs a timeline.

Once you have outlined your goals you will need to get feedback from relevant people on these goals. For example, if
you have a goal to improve your fitness you may need to talk to a sporting coach or a PE teacher to get some feedback
on your strategies. You should use the feedback you receive to make any necessary adjustments to your strategies and/or
goal.

What capability or capabilities will you need to use in order to achieve your goals?
Describe how you will need to develop the capability or capabilities (what specific skills/attributes) to achieve each of
your goals.

You can present it in a negotiated format eg PPT, oral presentation, video etc. Please look at the template carefully as it
covers all three assessment criteria (in bold).

For each goal consider the SMART steps
