as per client ,he is facing slow internet .

suggested him to use device within range.


suggested him to reboot his device once a day.

optical power seen fine.
no bandwidth saturation.
ONU status fine.
no disconnection from session.
no secondary router is connected.
session refreshed .
channel changed .
auth mode changed from wpa to wpa2.
basic troubleshoot done.
as per client now ,his internet is working fine.
client call back if any issue persist.

red light blink on pon.
requested to client turn on/off the router and he did.
requested to cleint unplug and plug fiber cable conncetion.
and he did.
but still ONU seen offline.
so dear team need to help.

requested to client check in setting,
wifi closed.

check proper date and time .
