The Landlord Association of Unwan Street II in Kpansia 2, Bayelsa State is requesting that the Niger Delta Development Commission supply a transformer to their locality. The association represents about 100 households that have been without electricity for 4 years since the only transformer from PHCN is broken beyond repair. Providing a new transformer would help develop the standard of living for the people in the community and alleviate their suffering without power. The association appeals to the NDDC to consider their request.

REQUEST FOR THE SUPPLY OF TRANSFORMER
We the residence of Unwan Street ll in kpansia ll, wish to apply to the Niger Delta
Development Commission through your good office for the supply of a
transformer in our locality.
This passionate appeal became necessary due to your commission desire and
commitment to the development and transforming the living standard of the
people of the Niger Delta region, through your infrastructural development
studies and provision of basic amenities.
Sir, it may interest you to know that the residence of Kpansia 2, numbering about
100 household have lived without electricity supply for the past four ( 4 ) years,
this was due to the fact that the only transformer from PHCN is bad and no hope
of replacement. Several efforts made by concerned members to effect repairs,
could not yield the desired result as the transformer had gone beyond repair.
It is on the above premise that we appeal for your kind support to provide for us a
transformer in other to alleviate the suffering of the people.
We will be very gratefully if this application is given its due consideration.
