In relation to my company-sponsored attendance in a training / seminar- entitled

Corporation for period of ______________________________ after attendance in said training.

I hereby agree that should I not be able to comply with the required continued
employment with Benguet Corporation, I shall reimburse the cost incurred by the Company in

after training.
