Activity II

TASK: GIVEN THE TOPICS OF THE REPORTERS, CHOOSE 1 TOPIC

THAT YOU LIKE THE MOST AND DISCUSS IT IN YOUR OWN
WORDS. THE ESSAY SHOULD BE LIMITED TO 500 WORDS ONLY.

I choose the topic about ISSUES AFFECTING THE INTERACTION AND CONNECTEDNESS OF
COMMUNITIES because of Local, National and Global issues because it shows what is happening in
the world like Poverty,Climate change, Lack of Education, Gender Inequality and Racism and many
more. This topic make me realize that our country is also suffering from Poverty due to curropt
system, Climate change due to factory leaking chemicals and smoke containing carbon dioxide, Lack
of Education is also a problem in our country due to reading comprehesion they always
misunderstand the news that is being broadcasted and posted in the social medias, Gender inequality
did you know that the Philippines has ranked 17th among 156 nations in closing gender inequality. So
I recommend to our fellow filipinos not to be so rude to other gender because they’re still human that
needed to be treated equally like us straight people. And there’s Human Rights Violator in our country
that abuses their power by killing a people using a police officer and make a excuse that they’re drug
addicts, and want to harm other civillians, etc... they don’t care about the people that they killed that
has a family waiting for them to return. Such injustice act. And we move on the youth unemployment
a lot fresh graduate that has no job due to strict company requirements like experience employee so
they can easily teach them what to do and can easily finish the task. But the main problem of youth
unemployment One of the primary contributors to the high rate of unemployment in the Philippines
is the country's high population so that is the reason a lot people has no job. In religion I learn that
The Philippines is a predominantly Catholic nation. As a result, most of the traditions in our country run
parallel with Catholic and Christian beliefs. Events like fiestas and processions, sacraments including
Baptism, Holy Eucharist and Matrimony, and celebrations such as Easter and Christmas are now deeply
rooted in the Filipino culture. Generally speaking, Catholicism has been attached to the Filipino identity
from the moment the Spaniards introduced it to us in the 16th century. A lot of things that I learn in
this report from my classmate i’m glad that I watch him report and learn things that im not very aware
in our country that is suffering from years why am I saying this things? Because in my life I just only
cared the people that cared for me and after hearing the report of my classmate about ISSUES
AFFECTING THE INTERACTION AND CONNECTEDNESS OF COMMUNITIES AND IT and that really help
me understand the current situation of our beloved country. That’s all!!!
