1.The Prices:

The prices quoted in INR are Inclusive of GST for billing


2.Payment Terms:
100% in advance along with the confirmed purchase order.

Note: Payments not received by the due date will be subject to a late payment fee of 2.8% per month or part thereof
up to the date of receipt of payment by VENDOR.

3.Warranty :
For the supply of products as per OEM standard.

4.Integration:
Cosmogenic IT Solutions will be liable to implement & support onsite the supplied hardware with respect to the
warranty period in Bangalore. Support charges outside Bangalore (within India )will be charged extra.

5.Delivery Period:
The supply will be conducted at the respective location as per the shipping address on/within 3-4Days from the date of
P.O as per the mail confirmation.

6.Force Majeure:
a. The delivery period and Timetable has been quoted in good faith but is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
b.Cancellation charges : GKN Automotive to pay 100% of the PO value if the order is cancelled
after the despatch of the materials.

7.Validity:
This proposal shall be valid for 7 days from the date of quotation . Note:
