Rescheduled Date Sheet and Working Pattern

The school is rescheduling exams for classes 10, 11, and 12 that were pending due to disruptions. Exams will be held on Thursday, December 7th and Friday, December 8th from 12:45-4:30 pm each day. On the 7th, class 11 science students will have physical education exams while class 12 students will have physical education, home science, or information technology. On the 8th, class 11 science students will have physics exams and class 10 students will have mathematics exams. The school acknowledges issues like water logging but must complete exams to avoid further disruptions. Students should study in the mornings and buses will run routes where possible.

Dear Parents ,
Sub: Rescheduled Date Sheet & Working Pattern – Reg.,
This is to inform the parents that we need to revive the assessment schedule and do reopen to conduct
the examinations as per the following schedule (dates / time slots) given below. We will reopen
tomorrow with Classes 10, 11 and 12 to complete the pending examinations.
• Tomorrow, Thursday the 7th of December 2023 will be a half-working day.
• Day after tomorrow, Friday the 8th of December is also half-working day.
• Both the days (7th & 8th) we work only in the afternoon session and reporting will be 12.45 pm
to 1.00 pm for students of Classes 10 , 11 and 12 in common.
• Exam will begin by 1.15 pm for Class 12 and will end by 4.30 pm including 15 Minutes for
question paper reading on both the days.
• For Classes 10 & 11 since they have only 90 Minutes Exam, their exam will begin by 2.45 pm after
15 Minutes Recess break @ 2.30 pm. (both days).
• Students of Classes 10 and 11 will get study time from 1.15 pm to 2.30 pm to patiently revise @
school (both days), independently.
• Same way the Revised Date Sheet is given below.

➢ Though we know that in a few parts of neighbourhood there are water stagnant problem, road
blocks and other Internet problem … we can’t be shifting the dates and waiting for better time to
conduct these pending exams.
➢ We are bound to commence the exam and to complete it so that the further disturbances are
controlled if not fully avoided.
➢ School buses will manage to ply in the routes as much as possible
➢ This circular is exclusively for the students of classes 10, 11 & 12.
➢ Students have the morning daytime to study and to finish the day’s exam in the afternoon.
We request the parents to understand the prevailing situation and plead to cooperate to end the series of
the pending exams.
