Side mirrors (visibility clear / no cracks)
Windscreen (visibility clear / no chips or cracks)
Windscreen wipers (blades and wiper action working)
Headlights / Taillights free of cracks or damage (test)
Indicators free of cracks or damage (test)
Hooter (test)
Tyre pressure (Check valves and outer wall damage)
Wheel nuts / wheel hubs
Grease nipples / grease on all joints
Oil leaks
Frame and attachments free of cracks & loose pins
Bucket cleaned daily and damage reported
Reverse signal (test)
Orange revolving light in working order
Hydraulic pipes (check for pipe damage and leaks)
Battery terminals (are they clean, secure, not damaged)
Safety system test & inspection. Brake test & hydraulic test
FLUID LEVELS:
