Please enter the International Bank Account Number (IBAN).


IBAN consists of 24 alpha-numeric digits. It starts with 'PK' and follows this
format: PKXXAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Please obtain the IBAN from the concerned bank if you do not know it
already. Sometimes the IBAN can also be found on cheques and/or on bank
statements. It is very important that we receive the correct IBAN for a timely
and accurate refund.

Please make sure to send this form (do not change file type) via email attachment by mentioning your registration reference number i.e., A5-PKXXX-XX-XXXXXXX in
the subject at [email protected] along with below required documents:

1. Evidence for refund:


a. Illness – e.g., hospital admission, serious injury or illness (does not include minor illness such as a mild cold) (Medical Certificate)
b. Loss or bereavement – death of a close family member (Death Certificate)
c. Hardship/trauma – victim of crime, victim of a traffic accident (Any legal Evidence i.e., Police Report, FIR etc.)
d. Military service (Official Notice)
e. IELTS Result changed due to Enquiry on Result (EOR) (Outcome Email)
f. Request for Enquiry on Result (EOR) Cancelled/Invalid (Outcome Email)
g. Request of Test Day Transfer Cancelled/Invalid (Rejection Email)

2. Bank account maintenance letter or screenshot of the online banking where the IBAN is mentioned
3. Scanned copy of CNIC of the account holder if you want the amount to be transferred to other than self-account.

Please note, if you have made the fee by credit/debit card, the refund amount could only be transferred into the same credit/debit card account. Neither mention full
credit/debit card number anywhere in the form nor send us scanned copy of credit/debit card.

Please make sure to provide accurate information including bank details otherwise it may result in rejection of your request.
