The document discusses interventions, tasks, and techniques to facilitate group growth. It describes four major areas: 1) orientation, structure, and direction to decrease anxiety during dependence; 2) understanding conflicts, resolving them through problem solving, generating new perspectives, and analyzing experiences; 3) awareness of behavioral effects; and 4) applying new learning. Conflict resolution involves communicating, actively listening, reviewing options, and agreeing on win-win solutions. Negotiation and collaboration are ways to reach goals no single group can achieve alone.
