Throughout Indonesia's communication industry

innovations. Founded in 1995 as PT Cyberindo
Aditama, CBN has grown into a full-fledged, trusted
ISP with a broad range of Internet services. Since
August 2008, CBN was officially granted with license
of NAP (Network Access Provider), therefore CBN has
the freedom to develop its own infrastructures.

CBN has direct connections to global network (International Upstream and Content Providers) through full end to
end Submarine Fiber Optic. We also have direct connections the Indonesia Internet Exchange (IIX2), OpenIXP, C2IX as
well, in addition to a number of private peering connections with other local ISPs, thus strategically positioned CBN
right in the center of the Indonesian Internet infrastructure. It offers advantage of fast access from literally any point
in Indonesia to CBN and to the servers hosted at CBN, as it does from any point within CBN to the whole Indonesia's
infrastructure.

Our large international bandwidth connects subscribers and customers through a redundant connection to major
providers of global Internet backbone (Tier-1 backbone providers). Supported by a large capacity of bandwidth, your
data-transfer activities will surely be reliable and smooth.

Today, CBN is associated with high quality and highly reliable Internet services, highly professional and responsive
technical support staff, as well as the pioneer in innovation and adoption of advanced technologies to meet all the
customers' demand in Internet services.
CBN Internet Backbone Structure

CBN Internet and Data Communication services are supported with redundant local and international fiber optic
infrastructures and running under our metro-e technology. At the moment, CBN is supplied more than 100 Gbps
International bandwidth with redundant fiber optic connections. CBN is also supported by more than 100 Gbps local
exchange connection with direct link to Indonesia Internet Exchange (Open IXP, IIX and C2IX) and private peering
with some prominent ISPs.
CBN Metro Ethernet
CBN can now provide Jakarta-Local Nation Wide-International-area customers with Metro Ethernet services running
at up to 10 Gbit/s over acarrier-class Metro Ethernet transport network. Customers can experience the network
speed and quality typically only associated with Local Area Networking (LAN), meaning that Wide Area Network
(WAN) connections are no longer a bottleneck.

Customers can seamlessly connect branch offices using high-bandwidth applications including high-definition
videoconferencing, real-time data center backup and company-wide VoIP services.
Our Metro Ethernet solutions will be in conjunction with CBN Data Communication service. High-speed data services
will enable our customers to introduce sophisticated multimedia applications that can improve productivity,
efficiency and cost-effectiveness. CBN’s Metro Ethernet solution will enable these services by providing reliable,
scalable access to our metropolitan fiber-optic network while maintaining operational simplicity.

The ultrahigh reliability of Metro Ethernet infrastructure is supported by the


implementing of fiber optic cable as the backbone media in a ring topology
with an automatic 50-ms fault restoration. The technology would likely enable
the network to self-reconnected should there be a network failure. Please
